Felicia is always so so nice to me. I have a new Etsy shop and I’m learning all the rules with shipping and she is always the sweetest. I try to go to this location because she is always consistent with what she tells me and is always kind.

Felicia waited on me today with the most pleasant smile. I was extremely happy with how courteous and helpful she was with assisting me with my package! Looking forward to encountering Felicia again as I only want her to wait me.

I’m only leave a 5 star because of our wonderful mail lady Selena. My package said it was delivered to our mail parcel but it was not and she walked with me around my neighborhood (in the heat) to help track down my package! Super duper sweet she deserves a raise!
