I had a great experience with Joseph Leech. He went above and beyond my expectations. He had me in and out of the store in a timely manner. I would highly recommend going there. The staff is very educated on their products and software.

Brayden was very helpful with adjusting my bill, fixing my iCloud problems, signing back into my Gmail and getting my photos saved. I will be coming back to this store for any future Verizon needs.

I can honestly say that I received THE BEST customer service EVER from Brittany. She assisted me through 6 hours of issues (SIM Card, locked Verizon account, cellular connection and more). She called every support line, was extremely professional, and walked me through everything that was happening throughout the hellish experience.
I ended up needing a new phone and if you find yourself in the same boat, go see Brittany…she deserves your business.

Brittany upgraded my husband and Is phone today. She got us a really promo on our new phones, set up auto pay, set military discount and set our phones up. We didn't even lose any pictures. She is awesome and we will always be back to this store. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast.

I came to this store today because wouldn't turn on. I drove to this store over any others because this store is lot more helpful. Brittany assisted me with changing my plan and upgrading my phone. She helped me set it up, delete things I didn't need, and change passwords. Thank you

I came into this today and Brittany helped. I was having problems with my battery on my phone. She looked at my setting and gave me some helpful tips. She also looked to see if I was ready for an upgrade. She was very kind and fast.
