The lady at the drive thru was incredibly unhappy today! I drove up, she said "what can I get you" with a huge frown on her face. No "welcome" or just a smile would have been fine. She told me my total, takes my card then pushed the basket back with my card and prescription. Zips the basket back and walks away. That was it.. I never write reviews but I thought that was incredibly rude!

I love Walgreens on Main Street in Springhill,Tn. They go out of their way to take care their customers and always so sweet to me.

This is the most disrespectful store ever!! I was just told by someone to get here earlier when I was trying to get a prescription and the pharmacy closed with a line of cars that have been sitting here for a long time before the closing hour!!! The least the pharmacy should do is get to the last car and then close! Not an employee tell someone to get there earlier when they have no idea how far the person travel for the medication or how badly it’s needed!!

I am very pleased with Jaden’s customer service. He was very sweet and helpful, every time I go into the store I ask for him because he’s a very respectful gentleman. He greets everyone with a smile and is very open when it comes to his customers! He goes above and beyond for his customers.

We have to recognize the amazing and incredible Alyssa at this location! We needed to get our three-year-old daughter’s passport photo and Alyssa went above and beyond to not only make the photos happen, but calm our daughter and turn her frown upside down. The way she treated our family made such an impact that we won’t be going anywhere else for our pharmacy needs! She is magic and we are so, so grateful to her!

terrible service was about given the wrong medication for my wife, good thing I asked questions so that they finally noticed. and they go to lunch at 1330 so if you have a question at 1325 they would rather be rude and give you the wrong medication than answer your questions ... SO be nice to Walgreen employees and go some where else BECAUSE then they can have a longer break!!

Walked in before closing and was told “you have 3 minutes.”I walked to the back of the store, as the only person in the store, and immediately the same lady came over the speaker saying “Walgreens is closing, please bring your purchases to the front.”I came for 2 things and was out before closing time. Very bizarre customer service experience.

DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS!! They literally stole money from me. I did an online order pick-up because my children and I are sick and I was trying to be courteous not to spread germs. They charged my card for my OTC medication and my two prescriptions at the time of the order placement. When I got to the store they didn’t even include my prescriptions in the pick-up. After inquiring, they said my prescriptions were not paid for and REFUSED to give them to me. I showed them my itemized receipt and my bank statement that showed the payment went through successfully. Still, they said they would NOT give me my prescriptions unless I paid them a second time! I need this medication for a serious life-threatening medical condition, so not leaving without my medication was not an option. I have never felt so angry and taken advantage of! I will be contacting higher supervisors to get my money back. Everyone else, please don’t make the same mistake as me and trust your health and wellbeing with this Walgreens!!!
