Poor customer service, they mislead you on the unit and refuse to return money. Phone number is a foreign call center and communication is difficult at best. Don't rent from them.

Make sure your local postal service is dependable or there are no holidays to mess up the mail service. After nine years of having paid the rent on time, and being able to show that the bank mailed the check on time they will stick you with a late fee. And after telling them over a year ago that my email had changed and receiving numerous emails from them they change staff in the office and send notices to my old address which hasn't been used in years.I would not recommend these people for storage.
