Excellent from start to finish. They were punctual, professional and communicated well from the beginning of the project to the end. Logan and the crew went above and beyond to make sure that we had a product we were pleased with and that they were proud of. If you want a family owned company with good values and gives you a quality product, you should give them a call. I highly recommend using Springfield Glass.

The sales person showed up exactly when scheduled. He gave a clear quote and an estimate of when the new glass would be ready.I got a call on the exact date he said the glass would be ready to schedule the install of the new glass.The installers showed up 10 minutes early and quickly installed the new window.Springfield Glass did great work and kept every commitment they made.I would definitely use them again.

They were not helpful, refused to come out to my home, kept insisting windows came out in a way they did not. Not recommended. At first they said they would come out until they didn’t. The name is a misnomer, they won’t fix this person of color’s glass.

Used them a couple of years ago for a couple of window replacements and some new screens. ?"Gave me a fair estimate and options of payment as well. They came on the exact date they told me for installation. Will only use these folks for window repair.

We had a wonderful experience with Springfield Glass. Everything from the initial request for an appointment, to the measuring and installation was smooth and easy. They were very prompt, always on time, and professional. After this experience, I wouldn't consider another company for windows. We completed replacement on our entire home and the difference has been night and day. We are very thankful we chose Springfield Glass.

Came in with a torn screen, receptionist was very personable and responsive, a person came down from upstairs and did my work order. Prompt snd affordable service. I was more than pleased! Highly recommend!

I took my very large mirror into Springfield Glass to replace the broken mirror. They did a wonderful job on it, making it look like new! Repairs were accomplished in very few days. Staff were courteous and professional.
