“Usually a great experience, have rented a vehicle here several times thd past year with no issues until now. Just be sure the paperwork is all in order. Rented one over the weekend with a additional driver on it so they could use it. Once I got to work and looked over the digital contract I noticed they failed to add the driver but still took out the ectra pay per day for the rental. I called them and they said they would corrected it and email me the new paperwork which I never got. As a result I had to personally drive everywhere over the weekend instead of allowing my sister driving herself. So I missed half a day work sunday driving her to a church located over 2 hours away.Since her name was not on my paperwork I could not risk having her drive herself in case something did happen. So just make sure you look over everything well before you leave the office.”
