I'm a breast cancer survivor. Surgery and chemo caused nerve damage. I was prescribed Gabapentin. For the second time they said they were waiting to speak with my doctor on refills. So I called, a young woman answered, I told her that she shouldn't have to wait on the doctor for a refill so without muting the phone I heard complain to the older woman that I was always calling up there about my meds. i then heard the word Gabapentin and laughter as tho I was a addict looking for drugs. She then came back and said to me " I don't know what happened, it will be ready in 20 minutes . I said thank you, no reply just hung up. I got there and she was at the window asked my name then rudely said we need to see your ID. She walked away came back and handed the bag to a young male who then checked me out. I moved my meds to Walgrees.. I'm a manager at my job I've had 24 years. They need fired or at least trained in customer service. Nerve pain, cancer and chemo are not funny!!!

If I could, I would rate ZERO stars. Total incompetence at this location. I have been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. Trapped because the vehicle in front of me is taking a COVID test and there are 6 cars behind me. The other lane isn't serviceable. Do not use this location!!

This is a review for the drive thru COVID-19 test offered by CVS, not for the store itself. A negative COVID-19 test is a requirement to return home to the state of Hawaii. This, for the time being, is our new normal, so one needs to accept it, and I did. Easy, easy, easy. I first thought that the worst part of this was having to do the test myself. But on second thought, it was better than someone else shoving a q-tip half way to my brain. Made the appointment on the app. Drove to the drive thru. Got to the window. Verified my ID. Got the test. Inserted q-tip 1/2 in (NOT UP - don't want to lobotomize myself). Placed q-tip into vial. Returned vial. PAU. Service was efficient and friendly.

The phone system is designed to make you either wear down or go away. You will listen to literally five or 10 minutes of recordings and circular phone tree and then if you're lucky maybe get to speak to a person.

I've been trying to get through because I need 2 prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy. I did transfer them online and was informed I'd hear back in a few hours...it's been 2 days now. I've been trying to the through to the pharmacy and NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I even went through the store manager who transferred me back to the pharmacy and once again no one picks up. I will be reporting them to Aetna. If you have any complaints with a doctor or pharmacy always complain to your insurance carrier. They will and are supposed to step in on your behalf. The employees in this pharmacy are the nasty people I have ever come across. You can tell they are all miserable!!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever. Nice people but nothing is ever right. Always, always, always have to make multiple trips. I'm over them.

I have been using CVS for 20+ Years, this location for at least 15. The last 2 years I have had nothing but problems EVERY month! I live an hour away so I use the automated, call ahead, refill system. I call in the script 1 to 2 days in advance and schedule the pick up time on my break, when I am in town. In 6 months, it has not been ready even 1 time. I literally had to wait and watch them fill the script, that should have been ready, every month. This week, the Dr called one in on Monday and I scheduled one to be picked up with it on Thursday. Got there and they were out of stock on the one the Dr called in on Monday and was told they would order it ASAP. Told me it would be the next week before I could get it, then told me the other one wasn't filled yet either, but they would "expedite" it. "Expedite", btw, is their absolute favorite word. I left and transferred every prescription my entire family has and took CVS off all my "preferred" pharmacy list at all our doctors. Save yourself the frustration and avoid CVS, at least THIS location, at all costs!

Called my RX in at 8:53am & told the lady I didn't need it until 5pm. I arrived after 7pm & was told "they're still working on it. It will be 20 more minutes". Why does it take almost 12 hours to fill a RX? What are the techs doing all day?

Could be the worst CVS I ever dealt with. Good luck trying to talk to pharmacy on phone they never pick up. Couldnt figure out how to transfer a perscription from another state. I think a look into there management is in order

They wrote my prescription incorrectly when it was called in. I went to pick up my medicine and they gave me a generic of the wrong medicine, which I didn't realize until I got home. Naturally, they wouldn't take it back and swore that it was the correct RX, while having used my three month supply claim to insurance. 110mg and 120mg doesn't sound like much, but with some meds... That's huge. On top of it all, they told me that my medicine isn't made anymore and that, while they have it on the shelf, they can't give it to me because it has to go back to the manufacturer. I got a copy of the script and took it to Kroger. The lady there IMMEDIATELY saw that the name they wrote and the milligrams written next to it did not match. She called CVS and asked them what they'd been giving me the year previous - they looked it up and told her, but still wouldn't admit that they messed up. I'm done with CVS indefinitely. My insurance finally changed so I can go somewhere else and I couldn't be happier with the pharmacy at Kroger.

They lost 4/5 of my scripts. The one they did not lose they were out of after 4 days and 3 trips. When I had it filled the lady was too busy talking and likely screwed up the order. She said it was be ready 4 days ago. She also blurted out the names of my meds, which is likely a hippa issue. Never again.
