Checked in for COVID shot and met with disinterest and no direction. Told them I made an appt online and checked in. Was told ok you are in the system, and that was all. Ok so what’s next? Where do I wait? How long will it be?so now I’m sitting g where I guess I sit and just waiting . Nothing, just nothing. Only came here because this is where my insurance dictates I go. Next time I’ll pay out of pocket and go back to Walgreens.

I stood at the register and made eye contact with two employees. Another was obviously avoiding me. No one waited on me. I called and spoke to the pharmacist and told her what was happening. She said she couldn’t help me but would transfer me to the front. I told her not to bother. I will try to pick up my photo magnets in the morning. I left my other merchandise on the counter

They were open exactly at 8am this morning which I can’t say the same for Walgreens - so they’re amazing in my book bc I really needed medicine for a sick family member first thing today. Thank you! Also the guy up front was very nice and said hello.

I'm a breast cancer survivor. Surgery and chemo caused nerve damage. I was prescribed Gabapentin. For the second time they said they were waiting to speak with my doctor on refills. So I called, a young woman answered, I told her that she shouldn't have to wait on the doctor for a refill so without muting the phone I heard complain to the older woman that I was always calling up there about my meds. i then heard the word Gabapentin and laughter as tho I was a addict looking for drugs. She then came back and said to me " I don't know what happened, it will be ready in 20 minutes . I said thank you, no reply just hung up. I got there and she was at the window asked my name then rudely said we need to see your ID. She walked away came back and handed the bag to a young male who then checked me out. I moved my meds to Walgrees.. I'm a manager at my job I've had 24 years. They need fired or at least trained in customer service. Nerve pain, cancer and chemo are not funny!!!

I have shopped at this store for 10+ years. I so appreciate the staff including the pharmacists and nurses. They are always helpful and with few exceptions, I can find what I need.

I have tried to pick up my medicine now 3 times in a row. Twice through drive through and finally came inside. Well it was closed. The whole pharmacy. Store is open but the pharmacy is closed. I could not get assistance through the drive through at all and was yelled at because they were busy. Last time I waited 27 minutes before driving off. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am switching pharmacies. I don't care if it does cost more. At least I can get my medication.

This CVS is consistent...they always fail to meet our expectations. They take no responsibility for wrong information nor for the messed up app we rely on. They don't care if the meds THEY messed up on are essential to your life. They just don't care. No offer to check if an essential item is available at another CVS. These folks are there to get through their shift...period.Update: I increased my rating from 1 to 3, as I have had a mixture of so-so and good experiences of late. But there is a big disconnect between what the CVS app does and what workers take ownership of. If you depend on the app, then it is just your own fault, seems to be the attitude.

The store is very clean! Down side is this Pharmacy and store are very very exspensive! You can go to Walmart and always find it cheaper! Some of the employees are act very snotty and you find yourself not wanting to ask questions about your medical or medication questions! I have shopped there about 2 years and I miss my old Pharmacy where your greeted with a smile and the employees are so helpful! ,

Awesome customer service at CVS Springfield TN. today. Manager Ron asked if he could help find what I was looking for as well as assisted at self check out. It's rare that you find this type of customer service anymore.

I was not at all comfortable here. Don't ask any questions cause your answer is gonna be...IM NOT SURE. I DONT KNOW. I asked if they carried any type of hearing aid. IM NOT SURE. IF WE DO ITLL BE ON ISLE 13. Well, why aren't you sure? Ya work here don't ya. I'm just glad I waited till after 6pm to go. There was no waiting at the pharmacy. There was a few customers inside. They weren't shopping tho. They were all waiting to use the dang ATM.... which by the way is located next to the entrance where ya gotta get em out of the way to exit. WTH
