It needs to be zero stars. They were busy skip steps didn’t clean the nails before putting on the polish just so they could get to the next person. We didn’t get want we paid for for sure. 300.33 for not what we wanted. Then when we voiced our concern she told us she was busy and can’t help us. Rude, unprofessional, and we’ll never go back!

When I came in I asked for, full set of gel nails. Due to the nail tech not understanding my request after 3 times of trying to tell her I wanted longer nails. I left with these short stubs and not even the color I picked which was a pink NOT red. Won't go back.

Scarlett is the best love her work 💗 but the guy that works there the older gentleman is very rude I was getting my nails done and he banged on the window to tell Scarlett to hurry and it was not very professional at all

First off, the lady doing my Mani Pedi was working EXTREMELY fast going over and over my nails, it wasn't very relaxing that way, and I get that its packed but there isn't any excuse to go at that speed. She also made my cuticle bleed and didn't even apologize or warn me the cleaning product would burn the cut, and she was SO aggressive, I don't think rushing nails is good because more mistakes will happen. The nails look fine but my experience to get them was NOT okay. And the massage chairs are way too rough I ended up leaving sore

I went in at 9:05 AM on a Saturday morning, 5 minutes after they opened knowing Saturdays were busy and i needed to get there early. They only had 3 people working, two for nails and one for pedicures. The ladies that do the nails were yelling at each other, with customers in front of them, yelling! After an hour wait, i get a nail tech that was horribly rough. She filed into my nail bed on 3 different fingers, leaving me with sores on each finger. As she was injuring me i began to take notice of the unsanitary environment and grew more and more concerned about getting an infection. I got acrylics and she tried to leave them thick, uneven and with ridges under my nails. There are spaces on the sides and backs of my nails where my nail is still exposed. It looks like i need them filled already and its only been 3 days. I commented on how uneven they looked. She had already polished and top coated them. It took her 1hr and 45 minutes to do my nails and they still have ridges on the underside of my nails where stuff gets stuck. I had to leave after 2hrs and 45 minutes because i had a wedding to go to. She told me to come back later and she would fix it more but i will NEVER be going back there. My fingers still hurt 3 days later.

I go with my wife to get her nails done an I tell you from experience most places can't do nails anymore an she leaves very upset. But I tell you now never with these lady's she leaves very satisfied an happy.🙂😀😃😄😁

When I walked In they are not friendly. I asked for a pedicure in which the guy was so rude and rough in my feet. He acted like he had a bad attitude. I will not be back. . Rude as hell
