I made an appointment online around 9am this morning for 10:30 and here I am at 11 walking out so happy with my cut! Mackenzie did awesome. From a soft handed shampoo which I appreciate, to actual questions about the cut I wanted, she was great. I’m obsessed with the layers and face frame she did. 10/10, 5 stars🤩

I had the best experience at DK salon. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Karen and staff are so very helpful, kind and go the extra mile. The stylist Karen, in particular, completely transformed my hair from my mismatched hair colors and breakage to a refreshing perfect color and cut. I am so overjoyed with the result and am looking forward to my next visit.

Cora did a fantastic job with my hair today. I have had the same style for a long time and have always asked my stylist for something different and never saw a change. I believe Cora was a little hesitant at first because I had her cut quite a bit off but she did exactly what I asked of her and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be back to see her for my next hair cut.

Got my daughters hair cut thus past Saturday and tinsel as well. Everything looked great until she put her hair in a pony tail and thats when we noticed. We took it down and when she looked down its all different lengths and 2 of her tinsels fell out Sunday. Not happy at all! 😡

Like to give a big shout out to Katie for the amazing job she did today. She highlighted my hair plus a haircut. When I left, I felt really pleased with my new hair style. Ruby Draper doesn’t listen or even look at the notes. Rushed and started cutting before understanding what i was asking for then made a one inch off the top into a 2 ad a terrible cut all around. Sucks I really liked coming here cause it was close to work.

I have used Mackenzie several times to cut my hair. Today was the first time she did color on my hair and she did a fantastic job! She is a very sweet, smart and delightful young lady to work with. I will definitely be returning. This place runs with class and the staff is simply professional and polite! This is a very nice place with awesome staff! I would highly recommend to everyone!

First I want to say that Karen is the sweetest and best stylist I've come across while in Tennessee. For that reason, I'm giving them 4 stars and will be back for Karen. Thank you for fixing my hair not once but twice!
Unfortunately, and against my better judgement, I first came in for another stylist. She took 2 seconds to look at my "inspirational" picture, paid it very little attention and then started hacking on my hair like she was late for an important meeting. She cut very short bangs which weren't even part of the picture I showed her and then proceeded to cut a section of short layers on the top with my longer hair on the bottom. No blending at all to make the short and long layers work together. It's like I had two different haircuts. She seemed in a hurry and didn't even blow-dry my hair so I didn't notice how horrible the cut was until I got home and my hair had dried. It's taken me 3 years to grow out my hair after losing most of it and having so much cut off with little regard to what they were doing was unacceptable. Still being charged for the cut? Not sure that should have happened either though I was more than happy to give a tip to Karen.
Again, I will go back to Karen in the future for my haircuts and she is well worth the trip and the reason they get 4 stars. I don't know if the other stylist was having a bad day or if this is their usual way of styling but no one should get home and be in tears because their hair was so bad.
