Just walked out of Express Liquor after clerk tried to over charge for rum, not once, not twice but three times. Tried to tell me I had a larger bottle at a higher price, then said the shelf price was wrong, then said the price went up! Not acceptable, the new owners of this store won’t make it with dishonest employees openly trying to rip people off. I used to love Express with the previous owners but that loyalty left with them.
