As a sole proprietor of a business I have several accounts and needed to transfer between them.Finally Ronnie was able to straighten it out.She called me numerous times and was courteous and understood my frustration.Previously I was told something different by every person I talked to.Thank you again Ronnie.Please don’t leave this bank.

They are a great group of folks that go out the way to help you. Nice home town feeling when I'm there. Just wish I could deposit my money in the atm.

I just had the craziest banking experience of my life. So, I'm trying to deposit cash into my landlords checking account. The teller keeps counting it up again and again telling me that it's not all there. I'm thinking this can't be right and I'm getting panicky thinking I got my money stolen from me. It should all be there I kept the $ in a specific pocket in my wallet that had to go to my landlords account. She even went on to say that the ATMs that I got the cash out of just gave me the wrong amount and that I should call my bank and they need to balance their ATM. So I go back in my car, I counted it. It was ALL there. I went back in there. They start accusing me of being a liar. The manager comes over and she is being so rude to me and not even treating me like a person but like a criminal. And I'm saying to her this is not customer service I am a customer I am trying my best here, it was you her teller that was in the wrong! Then they freaking ban me from ever coming back and depositing money to the bank again. What? I can't get over this experience and how awful they made me feel and not one apology!
