Always out of stock and short staffed. They jacked up the interest rate on their cards to almost 40% APR. Used to really stand behind firestone but these past few years the quality and service just isn't there anymore.

We were headed home to Atlanta on interstate 24 and our back right tire started loosing air. We quickly took an exit and were given directions to this Firestone location 15 miles up the road. We got there with only 15 pounds of air left. So blessed we got there and blessed we went to Firestone. They were so nice. They were very busy and I told them we have time so take care of their customers. Within 2 hours our tire was patched and we were on the road. Thank you to all folks at this location.

This makes the second time I have had to rely on Firestone, once at this location and the one in white house tn. Both locations extremely friendly and took care of me right away. Unfortunately the valve stems that came with the tires through custom offset are junk but Firestone saved the day.

They won't answer the phone, and when I went inside, the man said they were "understaffed" and that was the reason they couldn't answer the phone. While I'm standing there, the phone rings and he answers it! ?
Didn't have my tires in stock, and said that it would be a few days before he could get them. I just didn't feel like they really wanted my business. Which is sad, because I needed tires immediately! So, I went to discount tires in Madison and they put tires on the same day.

Stopped in with a low tire. There was 4 other customers in the lobby. It was great, they were able to at least get me back on the road. Can see why the lobby was occupied. Great service.

On their invoice they breakout labor and parts. What they don't tell you is that they markup parts 350%. The altnernator cost $450 retail at Advance Auto - their source. Firestone pays like $200 for it and charges the customer $700. That is robbery. The local management here is great. This is a stupid corporate problem and since I worked at their international headquarters for 2 years at the highest levels in IT I can tell you they promote dumb tire guys into IT leadership roles and they are clueless. Also attorney's run the company which is owned by the Japanese. Not a good company. They should disclose that they markup their parts by 350% and/or let customers buy their own Advance Auto parts and bring them over to save the customer.

I went online to schedule an appointment to repair a slow leak in my tire. I received an email with a reservation number and a notification that my request was received and I would be contacted if the time was a problem. Heard nothing from the shop. Called the 1800 number this morning just in case and was told no one answered at the shop but I should go in since I hadn’t heard from them. I got there 15 min early, and told him I had an 11am reservation. The man asked if I had made it online. I said yes and I had a reservation number if that made it easier to look up. He said he can’t keep up with online reservations and he hadn’t checked. Also, they couldn’t get me in today because they were too busy. I told him I had a slow leak in my tire and needed a patch and I would wait. He said not today but I could come back tomorrow. I told him I had to work tomorrow and needed the tire fixed before I had to take a road trip in two days. He shrugged and said “sorry”. I said “so the reservation means nothing?” He said “sorry” again. Wow! Zero help or even interest in trying to help.
I’m disappointed and frustrated. I would have made an appointment somewhere else and not driven 20 min away from home if I had known they weren’t able to help me. They can’t even keep up with their own reservation system?
So now I have to scramble to get my tire repaired before a 9 hr road trip to go to my father’s memorial service. Thanks a lot for the customer service.

I purchased a set of tires on 08/27/2024 for my daughters Bronco Sport (Destination LE3) and these tires were the ones that came on it when it was new. The tires are great. But I want to mention the service team in particular. Brenden and the rest of the staff are very professional and courteous. Made good recommendations and they were able to get me in and out my schedule. I highly recommend them. My first set I got about 1k more miles out of them than what the tires were warranted for. Full disclosure my daughter usually drives on tires until you can see the air in them.

My rep Patrick was very knowledgeable & professional. My final bill was what I was quoted. I was kept informed throughout the process. My repair was done in a timely manner as it was a tad more extensive. I would definitely recommend them.
