People tend to bang on harbor freight but it's a great store for the average diy'er. Great customer service and amazing return policy. I get all my tools here.

Just like any other Harbor Freight, cheap & lots of choices.I would however check the availability of whatever you want to buy. This location runs out of stuff a little more often than other HF's I go to.Would be 5 stats if items weren't out of stock like I previously mentioned.

The manager has a bad attitude.Asked about an item on sale. He refused to even look at the ad on my phone.Being rude will not take him very far.

Awesome customer service. Something you can't seem to find anymore. They asked if they could help find something and took me straight to the product I was looking. Previously had visited a store who carries the same product but no one seemed to care. Kudos to Harbour Freight I'm now a customer.

Very clean store and well stocked. The associates have always been helpful and patient. Of the many HFs I've shopped at this has been my favorite.
