DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
i called andnleft 4 messages at different times in the day-0 return calls. I get to the pharmacy 7 mins before closing, and they refuse you service. You gwt your dr to call, but they don't even return HIS calls.
Walgreens may be more pricey, but at least you can gwt ahold of someone and they still serve you at 7mins before closing time.
This kroger pharmacy doesn't care about the people or makin sure they get their medicine.
I am moving my RX asap. I will never use kroger again for my RX.

Was waiting in line and was the last car. Pulled up to window at 12:53 pm they closed the pharmacy window pickup, apparently for lunch although from advertise 1:00 pm to 1;30.

Do not even bother. No one ever answers the phone. You have to call 2-4 days before even getting a refill. Employee's are friendly and try hard but their workplace is bad. Don't go

the very disrespectful assistant manager was absolutely useless. due to someone messing up the schedule the deli was left with no employees. no sign, no one there saying the deli was closed. they let customers line up waiting for service and once another customer got the assistant manager. she was very disrespectful and simply turned around and walked off. someone like that should never be even an assistant manager.

The employees are nice, so they get two stars. Other than that this is the worst Kroger pharmacy I’ve ever used. The prescriptions are never ready by their timeline. You cannot leave a message and expect a return call. The lines are always super long in the afternoons but they won’t fill my medicine before 12 so I can’t avoid that. I’ve gone up there before to see if my meds are ready after waiting all day and they still aren’t or they were but never marked them as ready. I switched to a small local pharmacy and am very pleased now. Don’t recommend. To be fair I believe the issue’s experienced there are from lack of adequate staff. Krogers corporate needs to address these issues and hire more people

I love krogers. I shop there probably 3-4 times a week. Don't ask me why so many times. It's next door so we find ourself in there a lot. The only complaint I've got is that awful self checkout they just added. Is it your first time watching Star Trek or something?Whoever designed that should be fired or should have to be the person that stands next to it to help customers. It's terrible. It would've been absolutely genius in the 90's but, it's 2023. You took up 6 perfectly working self checkouts to put in a sectional couch with touch buttons.Do better Kroger.

I am mentally unstable. I depend on my prescriptions. I am begging the management and staff to see the importance of correct operations of service time. I have gone a weekend without meds due to you closing early- every night. I am so ashamed and confused. Don’t you know?- We are suffering, HELP US. I can not switch pharmacies because Kroger is cheapest out of all, for me. Please, understand your roles and how it affects so many others too.

Came in to get a prescription. They are supposed to open at 8. Watched most of the employees show up after 8am. They rushed around to open up, start computers …everything that should have been done before opening. They didn’t open the drive thru until 10 after. The lady who checked me out seemed flustered and rude. Quick to push me out, didn’t even put my meds in a bag just throw them at me in the clear plastic. The best part is everyone showed up late but they all had time to stop at Dunkin for drinks.They really need to manage their time better and maybe they wouldn’t be flustered with customers who show up when they’re supposed to be open.

I have always received the best service from this team. Always friendly phone calls, super nice pickup in person or at the window, and honestly I couldn't ask for a better experience with these pharmacists. Thanks so much for everything you do.

I hate this pharmacy I just sat in the pharmacy line from 12:30 to 12:55 the window says they go on break at 1 I'm the last car in line and as I get to the window the lady closed the window in front of me and walked away I had to walk inside and ask what's going on why can't I just pick up this prescription really quick she then tells me that she is told to close 5 mins early if that's the case then it should be displayed that's when they close they wasted 30 mins of my time and closed early with 1 person left to help I'm very disappointed
