The store offers a wide range of products and helpful staff to assist customers. Many customers have had positive experiences with the store’s helpful employees. Casey and Timm received praise for their friendly and knowledgeable service, making customers feel confident in their choices. Jerry in the appliance area was also commended for taking extra time to help and sharing his expertise. A staff member in the paint department was appreciated for holding a good conversation and providing personal recommendations. However, there have been some less satisfactory moments. A customer was disappointed with a manager’s attitude, feeling ignored and frustrated by rude behavior when requesting assistance with key copying. Another customer expressed dissatisfaction with a supervisor at the self checkout, who behaved aggressively and prevented them from leaving the store, despite the customer’s misunderstanding about the exit. Despite these issues, the overall impression is that Lowe’s staff, especially Cayce and Frederick, provide friendly service, and the store remains a reliable place for home improvement needs.
