If you enjoy...Having your card frozen because you made two purchases online from your couch.Having your paycheck be processed as you paying out the amount of your check to your employer.Being told outright you're not allowed to spend money with international businesses.Waiting random amounts of time for printed checks from your employer to post. This is the bank for you.

Scott Bagwell at the Springfield, TN location is the rudest, the harshest, the most harrassing man I have ever encountered. I do not recommend for anybody to get a loan through Reliant because of this employee. Please becareful.

Well, we're off to a super start after the First Advantage Bank Merger. My debit card won't work and I've been calling for 5 hours and no one answers the phone, and customer service lines are jammed up. Left message for call back "within an hour" and nothing. We had such a good bank in First Advantage, now we have what seems to be an unreliable replacement.

All the charm of a small-town bank where they know your name with all the modern conveniences. My former, long-time bank got so big, I felt like I didn't matter anymore. Not so with Reliant Bank in Springfield.

So today as I'm getting my tires changed me and my daughter walked uptown so I can get money from the ATM. While walking my 2 year old says she has to use the restroom. When I entered this bank I asked the ladies, " Excuse me, where is your restroom?" JAN WARREN AND PRISCILLA MCMAHON swiftly responded, "we dont have public restrooms." I respond with, " Ma'am, my two year old has to go and we are walking." Again I get the same answer. NOT TO MENTION THESE WOMEN DIDNT KNOW IF I WAS PLANNING ON OPENING AN ACCOUNT OR NOT AFTERWARDS, BUT WE WERE TURNED AWAY.So I run out running up and down main street tring to find a building. I'm so mad, because clearly I was not a threat to them their business, or customers, and my two year old was forced to hold her bladder because these ladies wanted to be insensitive. I'd never bank there if it was the last one open.

This is really a great bank to bank at. It is a small, hometown bank with the most friendly people with the perfect southern charm.
