Purchased a car here a couple of months ago. Very dissatisfied. Car is running okay, but it needed new tires, the windshield wipers were completely trash and most of all they had so much detail shine and air freshener on the inside that it took 2 weeks to realize the inside of the car smells like death. I cannot get this smell out of this car. The amount of shine and air freshener tells me that they were being deceptive to sell this car. I was also promised an oil change in which after the purchase of the car they told me that it had just had one and they weren't going to pay for one. I can't begin to describe how horrid the smell is in this car I am stuck paying for for the next 5 years. Afterwards I spoke with two co-workers who purchased cars there, both have had issues within 2 months of purchase. I do not recommend going here they are deceptive and will tell you anything to sell you a car. I looked at this car on a Friday we had a account with a send credit Union and was told that they deal with them and I could come back on the following day which was Saturday and we would get the deal done. When the papers were brought out to sign the loan was through a different credit company when I asked why they said they aren't able to deal with ascend on Saturdays. Another example of deceptiveness. Again I do not recommend going there. Have a very blessed day y'all

I spoke with Tammy on the phone first for initial contact as to what I was looking for, and by the time I showed up everything went incredibly smoothly. Her and Randy are very sweet and caring. I was very nervous about dealing with a used car dealership. My vehicle was having a problem, and having my 4th child on the way my family needed to upgrade to something bigger. These guys not only gave me an amazing deal, they actually let me know what was wrong with my vehicle. Not to mention they went above and beyond trying to help me! I love my new truck, and will come to them first for any other vehicle purchases down the road. I am very pleased with my purchase and the way they treated me and my family. Randy and Tammy are wonderful. They made us feel welcome and made the process of buying a car easy. Randy showed my 16 year old daughter all the different features the car has. I can not say enough great things about them both. Would definitely buy a car from them again.

I just purchased my third vehicle from RobCo. Each time I purchase from them, I get a great car and a great experience. They are so nice. I watch their website monthly to see what comes through even when I am not in the market myself.
