Hi I go to resistance band class with Syndi she puts in 100percent and beyond to help us and she does much to help the community with staying fit even outside the y at her own expense. It’s great class and brings results.

My wife and I signed up for three sessions each with a personal trainer here at the Springfield Y. He spent good time interviewing us and then developing a training and exercise program for each of us to follow. He is very knowledgeable and easy to approach. We both feel we are on a good path to a better healthy life.
