Stopped in for a gel polish today and only got 3 things, when I got home I realized one of the bottles never made it into the bag and i was still charged for it. If it weren't a long drive I'd just go back for it, but I guess I'll take it as a loss with these gas prices. Usually only have to check bags with fast food, but I guess I'll do that here next time.

I venture here Everytime I need to color my hair. Each time I go there are different employees. Don't know what's up with that but a different young lady waited on me this afternoon. OMG SHE WAS AWESOME. At first I just kept mentioning THEY ALWAYS JUST LOOK IT UP IN MY INFO. This young lady did not care what the others did. She talked very calmly an looked me straight in the eye. I finally told her how smart she seemed about hair and she politely said, I'm speaking from experience on my own hair. Right then I knew she was telling the truth. I think her name was Amber. She was so sweet. She's the only 1 I feel really listened to my color situation. If I asked....what would you do? She told me. I have no clue how long she's worked there but this chic needs a raise and permanent position. I only think I know her name cause that's what the manager called her. If it's not I apologize. Amber, I hope, your fabulous an have an A+ in my book. Thank you so much for being REAL.

First you take away the point system. Now you’re removing the inexpensive products from your store and replacing it with VERY expensive items. I came in for the good old tweezers i used to get from you. They were different colors and they were AWESOME. You replaced them with a bunch of high end, high priced tweezers that are no better than the fabulous ones that I used to get AND that I came in for. You know…the ones that were different colors. And there were NO tweezers for less than FIFTEEN DOLLARS! And they work JUST THE SAME as the inexpensive ones that I love. And then to top that off, you have the unmitigated GALL (add a great deal of emphasis here) to make me pay for a bag after i purchased your high dollar, fancy pants tweezers! You have a lot of nerve. No I don’t want to shop there any more. No I will NOT be singing your praises. Yes I’ll be telling everyone i meet and on social media that Sally’s is no longer the store that I’ll go to for many products that i used to buy. Who do you think you are? Macy’s? I predict that you’ll me shutting your doors within a year. You aren’t the only beauty supply store. You were just MY beauty supply store. You aren’t any longer. Here’s to sticking it to your long time customers. Hats off to ya guys. Update those resumes because you’re gonna need them.

Everytime I come in I feel rushed to buy something and get out. I had came in today and stopped to checked out the round brushes on my way to the color and was constantly asked if I needed help. NO I DO NOT. I went to cosmetology school I knew exactly what I wanted but the lady kept asking and following me around. I knew I wanted pink ion color I just wanted to debate on which color and shade, but kept getting aggrivated by the lady constantly intrupting me and asking if I need MORE help and rushing me it felt like. So I quickly grabbed a color which turned out to be toner (waste of money) and went to find the ion clearifying shampoo which had been moved to the top shelf which I did not know. The lady again asked me if I need help, luckily at the point yes I did but I was about to ask and the moment I turned around she rushed over to me like she was watching the whole time. Anyways she told me they were out of stock (they are ALWAYS out of stock with most things) and then showed me my next option which was pual Mitchell. I watched another customer walk in who was also done the same way and went to look at something and was interrupted too and she walked out and left, as she did the same lady that harrassed me rudely shouted thabks for coming in.I don't know what the problem is that this store has but White house and Hendersonville never harassed me they just let me shop and look and that is usually when I gather all my skin care too because I can be left alone to think. Watch me all you want but let me shop in peace. It is always an issue with this particular store and I do not appriciate it. I will not be back to this location for a while.

Unfriendly and so unprofessional. The employees tried to watch me the entire time while I was shopping because they thought I was stealing when I wasn’t. I did nothing to deserve that treatment. Don’t visit this location with its trashy employees. Go somewhere worthy of your money.

I am 42 years old. I have quite a few debilitating medical issues, and I only make it out of the house once, MAYBE twice a month.When I go into Sally's, it's a special treat, just for me.I must say, that Amanda is always there to patiently guide me to the best product, of which I seek.I feel like I have my very own personal shopper....and she always remembers my name, and the inquires about the products from the last visit. She doesn't miss a beat!!!Amanda is a HUGE asset to your company, and I hope you value her, and recognize her as just that, and then some❤?

My girlfriend had the worst experience ever today with Claire (Springfield Tn store) who states she is the manager and its "HER" store however she is just a poorly hired employee. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful. This person has no business being in a customer service position let alone ever being allowed to be promoted to a managerial position. Sally's definately needs to care more about their customers, their stores , who they hire, and who they promote. The store is not what it used to be.. just look at all the complaints being posted ..

The staff here is friendly and helpful. The store is very organized and fully stocked as well! Small location, but full of all the good stuff.
