This store is always so helpful. I often need large orders of pizzas for church or subs for basketball team and the store manager is always helpful. She makes sure the large orders are ready and that they can accommodate. In fact, we just ordered 40 pizzas this week for Vacation Bible School and those pizzas were fixed to perfection! Thank you Speedy cafe! Thank you to all who had a hand in preparation and execution. I will always recommend Speedway!

I used to get my breakfast sandwiches here every morning but lately my order has always been wrong. They are constantly cycling through new employees and they're usually the ones making food and can't manage to read the screen to get the orders right. When I ask to get my order fixed, the cafe manager is rude and even blamed me saying I put the order in the computer wrong, which I did not. The store manager made sure it got corrected eventually but didn't apologize for the cafe manager's attitude or anything. The other night they put the newest employee in charge of the cafe and didn't even teach her how to make the whole menu, so she was hesitant to make my order. This morning the store manager was smoking with the door open facing into the store. There's just a lack of care that seeps into the way everyone acts towards customers.

The people definitely need some training in the customer service aspect. I came in to buy cigarettes the lady behind the barely spoke to me or anything. When I came in I ask how she was doing and got no response. When I left I said have a good day and got nothing in return. Just make your people be better human beings and acknowledge when someone is speaking to you.

My husband went in to buy us beer for the night, we are both almost 30 years old. Cashier asked if he had tried a different type of seltzer based on the beer he was buying for me. And he said that he hadnt, that what he was buying was the only thing that I would drink. She then wanted my ID. So he came and got it. Then they wanted me to come inside. So I did. To which some guy came from out back saying that bc we "had an attitude (for making us walk out and in 3 times) bye" like the gen z he truly is. Absolutely no customer service. Your customer is irritated, oh well. I've worked at gas stations before and still allowed the transaction to go thru. I advised the guy to watch his mouth since he thinks he's so entitled to talk to people that way. Good luck if he's working.

Dirty inside and out. Rude Freaky people, Had to ask 3 times for receipt and then he or she I really could not figure out which pronoun to use, huffed and was put out for what I should have been given .
