I've bought instruments here, taken lessons here, consigned instruments, had repairs done here and sometimes, just go in to say hi to the owner. A fine example of business done right.

I have absolutely loved going to Springfield Guitar for lessons. As an adult learning to play guitar, it is quite a challenge but Nick has been nothing but helpful, encouraging, and patient. There are all age ranges learning how to play. I’ve seen super young kids and I’ve seen adults older than me. The other Nick that works on all the instruments has answered all of my questions and been so kind. I don’t think you could get such good and personal customer service anywhere else. I am looking forward to playing and practicing here for many years to come.

The best experience I’ve ever had in any type of customer service. Brought in my strat to have set up and got it back and ready to play in less than a day. Nick was amazing and did a perfect job. This is NOT a place that will over charge you either. This place and the staff are FAIR and HONEST. If I ever need work done again, I %100 will be coming back. Highly Recommend!

It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful shop. I’ve stopped in three times because I love to support smaller shops instead of bigger ones. (I have to continually go to guitar shops being it is what I do for a living) but the first two times I’ve went they didn’t have anything I needed and then when they got something in that I needed… it was cash only. Unfortunately I will be traveling alittle further now but other places have what I need and will take a card.
