Nikki helped my family switch over from Verizon and we had a wonderful experience! She was knowledgeable about the products and promotions, went over our new plan to make sure everything was correct and had excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this store based off of our experience!

My 19-year old daughter left the store in tears today. Why? Because Nicole, an employee at the store, was beyond rude. Her entire demeanor was beyond reproach. She refused to help my daughter transfer data from her old phone to the new phone. From the very beginning, Nicole huffed and rolled her eyes and made multiple snarky and demeaning comments. When she realized it would take a bit of time to transfer my daughter’s data, she said, “You bought it online, so you can figure it out on your own!” When my daughter explained that she had no idea how to do that, Nicole said, “You’ve now raised your voice, so you can leave the store.” Mind you, she did not raise her voice in any threatening manner. The only threatening and rude person in this scenario was NICOLE.Apparently, Nicole works on commission and didn’t want to assist my daughter because we purchased the phone on the T-Mobile online store. Regardless of where I purchased the phone, Nicole’s condescension and blatant rudeness is unacceptable. I switched to T-Mobile after being a Verizon customer for 20 plusyears. Never in those 20 plus years with Verizon did I ever encounter such an incorrigibly rude salesperson as Nicole at the Springfield T-Mobile store. I have four phone lines through T-Mobile and have never missed a payment, been late. Nothing. I’m a school teacher for goodness sake and teach my students to treat others the way they themselves want to be treated. There was absolutely no excuse for Nicole‘s behavior. Thankfully, a male employee, Hunter, did eventually help my daughter and tried to rectify the situation by continually apologizing for Nicole‘s behavior. However, Nicole didn’t see that because she stormed out the door and didn’t return. I wish I would have gone with my daughter today because Nicole wouldn’t have gotten away with bullying a fifty-year old the way she did a nineteen year old. Nicole should be fired immediately.

Terrible service. Nobody even said hi to me when I walked in, the two employees were busy with other customers, but nobody said anything or told me they'd be right with me or anything. After browsing for 15 minutes comma I asked one question, I got a no, no more explanation than that, so I walked out. Awful.
