I've been with this bank since 2010 I asked Peggy Moreland, the loan office over my account, if it would show up as a hard inquiry on my credit if I applied for a loan and she told me no, so I filled out the application nobody called or emailed me after about 3 days with any status update for my application so I called them. Robbie could see it pulled as a hard inquiry and was directing me to Peggy who was supposed to have been handling my account. Crystal answered the transferred call and told me Peggy wasn't able to answer my calls and would give me a call back by the end of the day. (That was 2 days ago)I called this morning and got Peggy she said "It was denied based off credit score" My credit score is 610 not perfect but I'm pretty sure I could qualify for a $500 loan from the bank I've been with for over 10 years and have no outstanding negatives with. When I ask could she explain so I can clear whatever is causing the denial she cut me off as if she's being over worked and under paid and said "You should have got a email, I don't have time" closed ended statement not willing to call me back or showed any type of interest in helping me. I asked to have someone else call me and she said "I will do that" and hung up on me.Now my credit report is reflecting a new hard inquiry when I was told it wouldn't and nobody can explain a thing to me.Hopefully they can take her off my account completely and train her a bit more on how to properly manage her time and case load so she can be her best self and work in her full potential instead of her annoyed frustration.

Their phone system does not work at this time. Can't reach a live person. Only allows connecting with White House and Pleasant View branches. If they can't get this straight that will be concerning.

Not what they used to be. No Better inMy opinion then the Mega Banks. They used to be Small town treat you customers good. But the older people have retired and it seems like they are hiring from Walmart.

They never update the app how are you supposed to know what your balance is u can't call either and get it off the automated teller either im might switch banks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bloodsucking thieves is all they are. Worse than any bank on fees. Your positive balance includes $20 that you can't spend so if you go below $20 they charge you a $37 NSF fee for spending your own money that shows in your account.

Not to good an experience went to sign my paper work and open a account and they never told me that it'll cost me money so they told me after I got there it'll cost 25.00 and I only had a check and a debit card along and they told me they take only cash I was an hour from home so I had to go find a atm to get cash now what for bank doesn't take cards that's retarded!!!!!!

I won't do business with them again. My husband had been calling them for week and a half to talk to them about our loan, they never called him back. He had to call them. Also when we took a loan to buy a car, they set it up for us to make a payment within two weeks. I Will not recommend them to anyone. Also I Will not ever do business with again!

Many attempts to get info on all 3 acts with no results . Hold put on one acct for no known reason. Very disappointed with this credit union. Closing all acts and going elswhere!
