“Would give it 5 stars but decided on 4 because they have dressing rooms that you can't use that seem to be filled with stuff and utilized for storage instead which make shopping for clothing that fits difficult to say the least”
“This was by far the best goodwill my wife and I have been too. We found some great items that we thought were decently priced. Iesha was the best and sweetest employee!!! She deserves a raise. We were visiting from out of town and made a trip to Nashville for a concert and decided to stop in Springfield because I spent 10 years of my childhood living down here. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!!!”

“It's a nice little shop and I live locally and have shopped many times but I don't think I'll be back. The open price policy is a terrible model and totally dependant on the whim of the person running the register. I get that it's a charity but I don't have much money either which is why I thrift.. 5 bucks is too much for a used sweater and to leave it until you're at the register to find out brings a gross feeling to the transaction and I don't like it.”
