Stack of dog food said 39.99. Guy at the register tells me it’s 55 dollars and won’t honor their signage over the dog food that I picked up

Horrible customer service, William was rude and of no help. Trying to pick up T posts up outside in the rain. William simply said I can't bring that in here talking about the flat push cart. We said we know, he the promptly turned away and walked out as we struggled to pick up fencing and T posts. When asked he kept going. I'm not very impressed with this store. We only stopped here because we were on this side of town. I will stick with Ashland City store from now on

Several problems at this location. Drive to Ashland city you’ll receive much better care and service.I’m shocked the manager is still at this location with his arrogant attitude and lack of knowledge.

Same as most any TSC.One thing most people don't know is you can get your propane tanks filled here. Not just swapped out, they fill your tank, and I always seem to get a full tank. This is great if you're running a little low and just need to top off your tank. You don't have to swap and lose what propane you have left!

I feel awful for not catching her name, but so grateful to the employee who went out of her way to help me find the grain I needed for my horses, and also helped me push it through the store and out to my truck while I had my baby sister in tow! Will definitely be back!

It was an xtremely clean store and excellent overall experience! The store manager was very professional, attentive, and helpful with recommendations of products that were suitable to my needs and the cashier was also very polite and courteous during the checkout transaction. I will definitely shop here again and would most certainly refer this store to any future shoppers. Kudos to Tractor Supply for hiring such awesome employees; those guys deserve a raise just for representing your company so well! Just sayin'...-I Am The ReBeLLe WTH a Cause-

I’ve shopped at TSC Springfield Tn for years. I bought a heater towards the end of last season, it worked 6 weeks an quit. I couldn’t find my receipt, returned to store an clerk said I could swap or get a store credit. I wanted another but they was out of stock. I was told I could swap when they got more. So yesterday I took the heater back (still in the box) was told I could swap or get a store credit an while the clerk was taking my info, a guy out of know where, rudely interups an says he can’t take it back without hearing anything I had to say. I told him to keep the dam thing an left it on the counter. I’ll never set foot another TSC

Went to TSC to buy Dog food! If Walmart in Springfield doesn't have wet dog food normally you can get everything for animals at TSC! Store is very neat and clean! The stores customer service individuals are very friendly and helpful
