Stopped in to see how much I could get for my 2019 F150 and walked out with a 2023 F350!Very welcoming staff that is customer focused - not pushy AT ALL, a refreshing experience. It took them longer to detail my new truck that the whole transaction - but it was absolutely worth it. In and out in 2 hours. Felt like I got a very fair deal - they were open to my concerns and receptive to my position. Offered refreshments multiple times and the facility was spotless. I live locally and look forward to returning for service going forward.

Brad C. was wonderful to work with. We needed a pre-owned work truck when a deer took out ours. He was pleasant, helpful, not pushy, and got us into a recent trade-in they took right away. He helped us set up the Bluetooth and showed us all the 'hidden' features the truck had before we left the lot.

A very bland dealership. Been there for service a couple of times and none of the employees greet anyone...or smile. Nobody really talked to me or pointed me in the direction of the lounge or where the coffee was.Not great, but would suffice if you absolutely need it.

My truck was having an issue and I have extended warranty on it. I was told by service department they don’t do extended warranty work anymore. I appreciate them being upfront and not wasting time. However, I would like to emphasize the importance of repeat business in ensuring the success of any enterprise. Therefore, I kindly request that the upper administration carefully evaluate the operational management of the service

I brought vehicle in to have suspension work. After 2 or 3 weeks I was able to pick it up. Roughly 3 days later I notice my rear end slipping. One of the bolts connecting the rear suspension had worked its way out due to not being torqued to spec. I had to drop it off yet again to have them replace all of the bolts and torque them to spec. I was without my car for roughly a month or two with how many times I had to bring it back. The alignment they did was even worse. Had three wheels perfectly set and one that was completely out of spec. Had then redue it 2 more times until it was barely in spec. Keep in mind the suspension kit that was used was a ford performance kit. There shouldn't have been any issues. Recently I had dropped it off yet again to have a backup camera replaced under a recall. They chose TO CHARGE ME 12 DOLLARS FOR TAPE. The only positive thing I can say about that Ford dealership was working with Rusty. He made sure to make up for issues and moved heaven and earth to get them addressed. Unfortunately he's no longer in that position apparently and I can immediately tell. I would avoid their dealership/mechanics like the plaque.

I called in on Monday this week to get a price on replacing my water pump. The gentleman on the phone quoted me a price under 2 k . I thought it was kinda low, but happy on price. I brought my vehicle in next day, and the very rude gentleman in the service department told me the price was wrong and it would be a thousand more. He told me this without even looking at my vehicle. I proceeded to request the price for work before repairs were made. I get a phone call next day telling me my vehicle is done and the price is right under 4k. When I questioned the price, I got that is the book price. They charged me 12 hours labor, even though the gentleman stated it took less than eight hours. I would strongly recommend you don't use this service department.

Shady business practices. Charges for things first. Ask for permission later. Would not recommend. Makes promises then doesn’t up hold them. Spent over $6000 and let me leave with an unsafe car after suspension replacement had to return and wait weeks for vehicle to be returned. Everytime i have asked for a service manager here is either off or not available. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealer for anything. Go else where.

Sales is awesome. Service is terrible. I scheduled the service which included “The works” service and a Technical Service Bulletin” in regards to fixing an air conditioner condensation leak into the passenger compartment. The dealer was well advised in advance of the required service. I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership on Sunday evening. Late Monday afternoon I was advised that only the oil change service had been completed and that the service department would attempt to correct the TSB the next day but they could not tell me if the work would be completed. The work was completed mid afternoon on Tuesday. At check out I was told the cost of the service was $150.00. I reminded the service rep that I had the premium service contract and I did not think I was responsible for the amount stated. I was allowed to leave the dealership. Days later I was contacted and told that I would need to pay $100.00 deductible. I requested an invoice. The invoice sent was a bill showing only the $100.00 with reason of deductible. I requested the original invoice, the original invoice shows that all cost were cover by the service plan warranty. The past couple of times I have used this dealership the service has been slow and the service dept will not return calls when attempting to request a service appointment. I am greatly disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I believe that I will look for another dealership to service our vehicles going forward.

From the salesman to the service department these guys did everything they said they would do. Keith was a pleasure to work with. He was low key and patient as we worked through the sales process. The service department fixed a couple of minor issues with the truck. Thanks guys I would recommend this dealership.

Highly disappointed! Will not be back! Took my truck in because 3 of the tire psi valve stems were leaking. 1 specifically was losing air completely over 24 hour period. they checked and said they couldn’t find anything, and did nothing. They said the mechanic didn’t even check the other 2 wheels. I took it to ford because it’s a ford and figured they would be skilled enough to fix it. I was wrong about that! Lazy mechanics!!! Not interested in something that simple. No customer service! I was willing to pay whatever to fix it but wasn’t worth their time, so I won’t waste my time with them. It seems that they’re not interested in fixing people problems but only interested in fixing what they want to fix! Don’t waste your time with Tracy Langston Ford.

Won't go back. Service center rep- lost a 4 tire purchase that we wanted to talk about but blew us off rudely, never got chance to discuss tires. We were there to have a flat tire replaced. And, to discuss being charged for warranty work. When we went to pick car up 1 1/2days latter(should have been given a rental per service contract) Rep was with another customer at desk. I walked thru door, he basically threw paperwork & car key at me in front of other customer. We asked for manager at front desk. After waiting about 20 minutes, person came out with check for being charged for warranty work. At that point, was told manager had left.

Worst experience I've had in a long time. Right off the bat vehicle was brought in for tire repair around 9 am. I showed up about an hour after vehicle was delivered on wrecker. He keep telling me that they don't repair tires. Making sure the owners rules are to be followed. No tires will be fix but only replaced with new. I tried to explain I had tire repair warranty. He was Iike, he had Ideal or could care less ⁷what kind of warranty you have. I was wanting to discuss with him if he had to put a new tire on I want to purchase 3 new ones so they would all match. He said when ever I get to it he will take care of it. At this point we had a failure to communicate, this conversation was over. He calls me at the end of the day and tells me he has order a new tire. They call me the next day later in evening that vehicle was ready for pickup. 2 full days to replace a tire, unacceptable. We arrived he just pointed at the work order receipt on the end of counter, parked outside. Did not explain any repairs. I asked them who I need to see about a charge for a prior vehicle service. He said their was nothing he could do. He told me I would have to get money back from Ford. I told him Tracy Langston is going to repay me. I paid you guys not Ford. I ask me if he new where service manager was, somewhere on the parking lot. Now he seen I was on oxygen. I walked outside. Im carry oxygen around. I'm not going to walk the parking lot looking. I went in to receptionist and ask her to page service manager. We waited about 15 min's and service writer walk up slides a check for the prepaid service. He never said he was sorry. Just slide on table and waked off. I was really confused. I went back to receptionist and ask to see General Manger. She said you didn't see him, I said no. I want to speak to General Manager. She didn't understand who I want to speak to. She was kinda of confused. I told wife let's go Tracy Langston has no organization skills or people skills. If your planning a trip to Springfield for Ford Vehicle service it would behove you to going that few extra miles to Nashville or Clarksville.

Well, my wife's curiosity was more than I could handle. She has been very patient about giving me hints and suttle remarks about a new truck for pulling and various trips. Well, long story short...I bought a new used truck. The manager was very helpful and so was the sales staff. Knowing that the industry has taken a major hit. I talked about the possibility of buying one. Well I did. A used F150 for half the price of a new one, and still under warranty. So my wife is happy, and now I can get her traveling.
