Tom.
He helped me through a process that I was relatively ignorant about and made sure that I had copies of a very important shipment to ensure that all of my bases were covered. He really went above and beyond. I won’t forget his name, or his service. He’s the man.

I am at this office monthly if not more for the past 2 years and their customer service is the best in all of Tennessee, they are CONSISTENTLY polite, professional, helpful and friendly. This time Adarion helped me and had all of those qualities. All of there employees are wonderful and always have a great attitude. Tom is an excellent manager and treats his employees and customers with the utmost respect. Very admirable.

I have had to return two packages over the last couple of months and each time a young man waited on me. The first time he had only been working there for a couple of days and was in the process of being trained. This last time he also waited on me and he did a great job. The lines were long and he was relaxing and understanding to a customer about three before me. Seems that she didn't have the right information to send the package back and he helped her. He allowed her to take the time and find what she need she had to run out to her car at least twice while I was in the store. He helped another customer while she was out looking for her information. And when she came back in the store he continued to finish helping her. I didn't mind letting her go before me because Adarion (the UPS worker) seems concerned about her troubles. Adarion had came a long way from the newbie he was a month ago. HE DID A GREAT JOB!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOUNG MAN!!!
