Our students loved all the places to 'pose.' The layout was ideal with everything close by making it easy for the adults to manage & supervise. “We got married here earlier this year…3.21 to be exact and I (we) could not have asked for a better venue. Elizabeth and her family were SO accommodating. Elizabeth always answered our questions, made the reception in the barn look GORGEOUS with the flowers and set up, and made sure I did not have to worry about anything (in conjunction with my coordinator). We brought in roses and our florist brought flowers and anything extra not set by the florist, Elizabeth placed by hand on all 16 tables. As you can see from the photos, even before the trees have their leaves back, the venue is stunning. Multiple places for photos, and such a beautiful arbor outside. We had our rehearsal dinner on Friday and our wedding Saturday and we also rented the Air BnB on site for Friday & Saturday. Everything was amazing and still just love looking at pictures and seeing what a happy, stress free day it was. And I believe that wa because of all my vendors, but mostly because of Elizabeth and her family (shout out to Endy for providing cuteness and help as well). I would highly recommend The Barn at Murphey Farm and am so glad I chose this venue for our wedding!”

“From the moment we booked Jones Farm in October 2025, we knew it was the picture-perfect venue for our dream wedding.

I want to start by saying that every event has its ups and downs, and sometimes unexpected hiccups happen along the way. What truly matters is how those situations are handled, and that is where Jones Farm, Layton, Solangue, and the entire team truly went above and beyond for us.

In February, we received a call from the owner, Layton, asking to meet with us. He had some upsetting information regarding housing and other things happening on the farm that were outside of his control. Of course, we were concerned, but Layton sat down with us, listened to our concerns, and worked with us until he came up with a plan that pleased us and worked for our entire group. He never tried to hide anything or make excuses. He was upfront, honest, and focused on finding a solution.

During that process, Layton introduced us to one of his wedding planners, Solangue, and she was absolutely phenomenal! After multiple visits, conversations, and planning sessions, she made sure she understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding. She helped bring our vision to life and made us feel like our perfect day was in great hands.

Then came probably the scariest moment of the entire planning process. Just a week before our wedding, we received another phone call from Layton regarding additional problems with the groom's quarters. Once again, Layton immediately went to work finding a solution. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, kept me informed, and was completely upfront about everything that was happening. He even met me at the property the day before our wedding to personally make sure everything was ready and that we were comfortable with the plans for our big day.

Layton assured me that he would be on-site during the wedding and that if anything happened, I could call him directly. The amazing thing is, I never needed to. His team was already ahead of everything! Anytime something came up, they handled it before it ever reached me or my bride. That allowed us to simply enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.

Jones Farm is truly a family-friendly venue that treated us like family throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most wasn't that everything went perfectly during the months leading up to the wedding—it was how hard Layton and his team worked when things didn't go perfectly. They communicated with us, found solutions, kept their promises, and did everything possible to make sure the challenges they faced did not take away from our special day.

Even knowing all of the troubles and unexpected circumstances Layton and his team had to work through, I would still recommend Jones Farm to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding or event venue.

At the end of the day, they gave us exactly what we wanted: one of the best and most memorable days of our lives.
