THE ONLY THING WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AND 3 PEOPLE WAITING. ONE PERSON CAME IN AND WALKED AROUND AND LEFT.
I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH FACEBOOK ,,, ANOTHER PERSON ON THERE. BUT LAST NAME IS NANCE.
ALL APPS WERE NOT IN ALPHABETICAL Order but was when I got home at 4:30? It's hard to get use to a new phone but all this has been a nightmare. Worried about FB, my broker tried to delete.

I came into the springhill cellularsales Verizon store to take a look at my bill and met with Jeff, he helped me fix some things on my bill that I didn’t need to pay for and was great thanks for the help. I had spent over an hour the day before trying to solve my problems online. After that time I decided to come in to my local cellular sales store. I’m so glad Jeff could help me!!!

Dylan and Vince were great help. They stayed well after hours to ensure we were taken care of. They did a great job explaining the differences and benefits of each plan. They were very helpful in offering different accessories that suit my lifestyle and the ways my wife and I treat our devices. Granted I never asked but, the only thing I wish was explained was the difference between the IPhone 13 Pro Max and the IPhone 15 Plus. I wish I was aware of the higher hertz screen I was used to on the 13 Pro Max before purchasing the 15 Plus. Fantastic service either way!

I would give negative stars if given the opportunity. We upgraded my iPhone recently and the store made an error when we made payment. They ended up charging us twice which the manager assured us would not go through as 2 charges. We’ve been in the store multiple times, made many calls and contacted corporate. It’s been just a little over a month and it’s still not resolved. The manager has told us so many different stories at this point about why and how we would be refunded. He has straight up LIED. To say this has been frustrating would be an understatement. We are now taking it up with our bank which seems to be the only way we will get this resolved. We will NEVER use this location again and will assure that when we do seek another store, it will be a true Verizon store and not Victra. The customer service here, beyond the gentleman that originally helped us with the purchase, has been nonexistent and a huge disappointment. Buyer beware!

On the 15th went to store,got phone,had everything changed over to new phone. Upon checking out they ran my debit card. The guy with the great big beard said it didn't take the money we need to run it again. I looked at my bank account and it was taken out. He argued on his end the machine messed up if I didn't let him run my card again we couldn't leave with the phone. I let him run it again. BIG MISTAKE! Here it is the 22nd they still haven't refunded my money. Don't go here, they are liars, and evidently aren't smart enough to run a debit card machine. All my years in retail I never took someone's money twice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Already tried WE CARE turns out you don't care.

I apologize that I am late providing this review. But I feel it is important for others to know about the service both my husband and I received. We were greeted professionally by Caleb. We are both seniors and we were concerned about understanding the many options available - then getting our new phones set up. Caleb was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to provide hands-on assistance as needed. When we left we knew we could reach out for any further assistance. We did need to return and were greeted by Caleb once again. We left with our questions answered and in better shape to proceed with our new devices.
Thank you for the great service. Caleb is someone we wouldn’t hesitate to ask for again.
