The guy with the septum nose ring (Ethan?) is a liar. He told me that the 5G Home Internet was free for X amount of months since I had been a Verizon customer for X amount of years. I literally had it for a month and returned it. Not only had Verizon still charged me for it after returning it (got my refund and my fault not looking at the bill for 7 months!) but the representative said that they had never ran any special where I could have it for so many months with no charge. So, I had to pay the first month, even though it was a 'free trial' period. Either he lied/had no idea what he was talking about or Verizon lied (which could be the case, it's a reason why they have a Class Action lawsuit). Either way, that's $59.00 I couldn't get back.And I did not mishear this and I'm not old. I know I heard this correctly.

This store did a great job providing me with wonderful service.There was only one young working at the time of my visit but he fixed us right up and moved on the the next person. Way to go.

Paxton is a great employee and always goes above and beyond for customers. He performs well under pressure and manages his tasks in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable of his company, products, and services. I would highly recommend him for any needs. He serves the community with empathy and kindness. Before it was my turn, an older later couldn’t figure out her phone well and he fixed it with a smile. He showed her what to do and did it all with kindness. Will be back again!

My phone was acting crazy so I drove to the Verizon store in Springfield , Tennessee. I was greeted my a young man named Caleb. I was not in a very good mood since this phone has been acting up for months and it's not even a year old . Caleb was a perfect gentleman. He checked my phone for everything that it could be and didn't find anything wrong. Hopefully , the phone will act right from now own ! Thank you Caleb !!!

Spent a lot of time at this store with Vince and Caleb. They both gave us exceptional service and we are vey picking when it comes to good customer service. They helped transfer our new phones from x-finity to Verizon. Answered all questions we had and help to set a new business acct. for discounts and helped to set passwords. All in all great experience.
