They would not work with Vanderbilt hospital to get my prescription, so I left them as my pharmacy and went local and I have never been happier with who I am with now.

I want to stay anonymous but I also want to leave a comment base on my experience. I had bad experience with the service but what makes me feel upset the most is that one pharmacy technician who is not friendly at all. When a patient is expecting more than one medication but the pharmacy only have one ready, might as well tell the patient why? Not just plain ‘ none/ no ‘ . This pharmacy technician also smashed the stapler in front of us when we try to say something about our name. We were so friendly, I don’t think it is a good way to respond (smashing the stapler) I hope this person will get disciplinary action or ask her if she still want to work there because it seems like she hates where she is. The pharmacist who helped us was nice and friendly and the lady working at drive thru was the same friendly and nice but why can’t she? I rated 3 for other employees who were nice.

One star simply because the employees work hard. Other than that I’ve had to switch pharmacy’s over to Publix. Lady told me originally my insurance wasn’t active until next year when I have proof that it was currently active. I come back with proof and then find out my insurance isn’t covered by them anymore. Lines are always super super long. Pharmacy employees are always obviously tired and burnt out from lack of help. Switching pharmacy’s was the best decision I’ve made.

I'm sick of Walgreens (springfield) never having my prescriptions ready when clearly I have texts saying it's ready for pick up and I get there, and them saying they don't see anything. They said it's cooperates issue. Don't waste your time going there for your medicine, the pharmacy is a JOKE.

had a prescription called in and 2 days later, they are still working on it. this location needs to be restaffed, retrained, something. they are nice people but are extremely slow.
