I absolutely feel sorry for people that have to pick up medicine from this location. Had to come here to pick up prescriptions for a family member and 30 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru with 10 other vehicles. In that 30 minutes only two cars got a prescription. That's absolutely ridiculous I don't know if they're giving consultations and drive-thru for medicines or what the deal is but at 4:30 in the afternoon a lot of people are ready to get home after working all day.

Terrible pharmacy. If you want to be consistent with your medication and take it as prescribed by your physician, find a different pharmacy.
Heres a breakdown on my situation:
-4/30/24 called to fill my 20 mg prescription. The person confirmed that they had put my request in and that it’d be ready same day.
-5/11/24 no notification that my prescription was ready. Called again, the person said they never put the request to fill my medication in, but they’ll start the order right away, I confirmed with them that the dosage they’re filling is 20mg, they said yes, that’s what they’re filling.
-5/12/24 pick up my medication, get home to find that they filled 10mg instead. I called them to report the incorrect dosage of my medication. Pharmacists said to keep the 10mg, but take two pills to make up the 20 mg that I need. Told me to call in 15 days to have the 20mg filled. Note: this person was the only one to apologize for the inconvenience and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. They identified themselves as one of the pharmacist, I believe their name started with a D.
-5/30/24 called to fill the 20 mg at 12:18 PM. I explained the situation in detail and they claimed to understand. They claimed to have started my prescription and stated it would be ready in the afternoon.
-5/30/24 by 7pm, I had not received a notification that my prescription was ready. I call again and they stated it was rejected because it “was too soon to refill”. I re-explained the situation, they stated they’ll start the refill.
-5/30/24 at 7:20pm, they call me to inform me that the 20mg of my prescription is out of stock. They completely lacked empathy to my frustration and never apologized.
Will be finding somewhere else to fill my medication moving forward.

My father was shorted insulin syringes and Grace Gino said she couldn’t just guarantee to give him the shorted 20. Why would you lie about 20 of 400 shorted in a 3 month supply. ??!?!?!! She said to bring the boxes back and come in tomorrow and they would take a look at it. What the heck?? I guess next time folks, if you are on Medicare or not and get a 3 month supply , you better count everything in the box to make sure you are not shorted. Walgreens use to be the place to go, not now!! I will make sure to continue to smear the name of the place I also once use to work at while in college as a pharmacy tech. So sad!!

The pharmacy is a joke. Only one person at Window and no one seems to care. Waiting time is ridiculous. Need to change my pharmacy.
Been here more than 15 minutes, and the person front of me just left.

Waiting 1-2 hours in Drive thru or worse inside. Then WRONG PRESCRIBED MEDS GIVEN. USE ANOTHER DRUGSTORE!!@

They have 2 people working the pharmacy on a Saturday at 10:45 am. 6 people in the drive thru and 8 people in store in line waiting. 1 of the workers was in the back MIA the entire time. If you are in the business of wasting your time in lines you’ve come to the right establishment.

Was calling in regards to my son's medication waited on hold for 25 minutes just ended up hanging up and will try again tomorrow every time I call this Pharmacy it's a 15 minute wait minimum,what a joke..I'd fire someone over this seeing how others feel this way about the absurd wait time..will be calling corporate but I doubt they care as it's been an issue for a while

I would be giving 0 stars if that were an option. The store manager told me that the reason we were on hold for 30+ minutes multiple times with the pharmacy is they "don't answer the phone". Automated service cannot answer all questions. Definitely lost my business. There are too many places that give even mediocre customers service to have to put up with being treated badly.

stopped in today, very, very busy. the staff were great at keeping up with the customers! specifically Dylan, he was my cashier and was great! Super attentive and provided great service!!

Very rude and disrespectful. I just called about a medicine I can't find anywhere else and someone told me to call this location and the lady who answered laughed in my face.
