I love this store. It's well-organized and the employees, for the most part, are very helpful. There's only one thing stopping a 5-star rating: the women's restroom. I'm new to the area, and from my very first visit in February (it's now June), it's been a disaster. No exaggeration. Since Feb., the Handicapped stall has had an "Out of Order" sign on it. Then, beginning about 3 weeks ago, another stall has an "Out of Order" sign. That leaves two stalls left for the store. And you can imagine what the bathroom looks like in general. Surely at some point, an employee, even a manager, has had the occasion to go in there, if even to just wash their hands, and should have noticed the problem. I've never seen ANY Walmart bathroom look and feel so ugly for such a beautiful store. Absolutely unacceptable.
After seeing this review, someone in management apparently decided to look into the situation. I went back a couple of weeks later (longer than usual between visits), and the restrooms looked phenomenal (for public restrooms) ! All stalls were open, the floors had been seriously cleaned, the sinks were wiped down and there was enough toilet paper to accommodate for four stalls. Well Done, Management !!! Thank you for making my shopping experiences so much more enjoyable! And I will write down the names of your employees who have consistently helped me without making me feel like I'm interrupting (even when I know I am). It's a large store, I know everyone has their hands full, AND it's important to acknowledge each other for a job well done. Believe me. When you do, It shows!

I had a wonderful experience after I got off from work. I was just going get my medication like normal but, I was shopping and having a great time. These people are friendly! Everyone I talked too was nice a helpful! Melissa the greeter saw my work badge and my Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital hat and I was greeted with a smile and a nice conversation that led to Project SEARCH program and of course Jesus Christ .
Thank you Walmart for all you do for everybody!!

Truckers... let's keep this walmart as a great spot for breaks. Let's continue to do our part keeping it clean and returning carts to the racks. Also dont forget to stock up on the essentials... them truck stop prices are ridiculous so keep doing your part.

I like this Walmart. One of the better locations. Apparently they're doing some remodeling, so some parts of the store (toy department especially) was a mess, but not horrible.

Horrible place, especially if you're disabled. They will judge you with no merit and abuse your civil rights. In a agenda to protect their malicious employees they will even remove you/barr you. I was harassed and lied on because of how I act which is due to my disability. Had a complaint and spoke with management and supervision about a hateful employee. They lied in my face and violated Walmart policy by lying They also have knowledgeof my mental health disabilityand showed no compassion while nicely tellingme that they would handle the employee that threatened me while I had my toddler. 6 days later I was grocery shopping to get a few needed groceries for me in my son's and family. I have a household 5 food gets eaten quick. Just needed some milk bread and few other basic items and some orbeez and a disc version of Cyberpunk 2077. The management and property owner to my understanding lied and stated I threatened their employee and that they wanted me barred. I never threatened anyone also I was the one that was not only threatened but heavily harassed and insulted about my ID while I was at self checkout.
I prayed on it and I know God Most High will guide me. I pray God will teach them to be better people and to remove whatever hate they have in their hearts and teach them and redevelopment their souls to one's more of light. This violated me and embarrassed me on multiple occasions and no one deserves to be treated in that manner. I will speak up for all of those that were scared or overlooked. Justice is the only win I seek. To stop hatred like what I experienced. Throughout my life I have always been the one in a place where there's nothing but hateful individual. I helped them learn their flaws and accept who they are and who they need to become to be righteous.
I have always been the type of person that gives the same energy back that you give me, but I am not capable of petty hate. I grew up dealing with petty hate my whole life since a child. I learned that once you expose a bully for what they are the rest will fall into place. What's worse is I was nice to everyone including the guy that threatened me because I just want to be everyone's friend I am very childlike at times and joyful and love to make new friends. I could tell overtime with the interactions and body language of some of the individuals at this store that they did not like me at all. Only one fellow was truly nice and I hate it that my friendship I made there got ruined because we would always have good conversations and he would check on me and no one checks on me so that actually touched my heart and I appreciated that. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about that. One thing I know for sure is God doesn't play at all about me, we all have to deal with what God thinks of what happened and who was truly wrong. Darkness and deceit will not fade my Light.
