Now the guy in glasses say they can’t sell a phone because it won’t ring up?Well then take them off your shelf.Its always something at this store.Get some competent people or something for gosh sakes.The shelves are always empty never have anything.Now they have to scan ur id if you buy cigarettes?I don’t mind to show my Id but scan it that’s the stupidest policy I’ve ever seen.Stock ur shelves soni can shop there instead of going to another one.Piss poor management and lazy.I go to the other local stores instead of this one.Went to this store the other day to just buy a gift card.They would only accept cash?Why is that?Never know what rules the cashier changes or what?Bought before on debit card.Will not go back.Will drive to Dandridge or Knoxville where they manage things.

It was awful. I waited in line forever before I got disgusted. This is why you should never get high.. this is embarrassing for the company. This guy was so high he couldn't even ring stuff up.

Thought this store would be different but she actually put me on hold for 20 minutes and when I hang up and try again they take it off the machine so it's nothing but a busy tone when you call. All for one damn question, pathetic.Update: I went to the store, 49 minutes away. No one was in line as she said was the reason for me to wait a minute on the phone and they were in the back doing god knows what, so I was lied to and left on the phone for no one to come back.

This place was great, close by and have almost anything you need. Unfortunately now they force you to use self checkout, and no one is even around to assist you if you have problems. I frequented dollar general 3-5 times a week for anything needed, but now it's back to food city as I prefer customer service over whatever is going on here

There is A woman there she’s a younger woman named Karen she does not do her job right she’s very rude she don’t need her job there I came in she was very rude to me and other people that came in
