This post office is all around no good. They refuse to deliver any packages to the property because they say the drive way is “to bad” and “drive way sucks” this is literally what they write on the boxes sometimes. My drive way is a little long but it is completely paved with a spot to completely turn around.

I am disabled and they refuse to bring my mail to my mailbox on my road in front of my house they want me to go a quarter mile down the road and put my mailbox ...to me that's discrimination can anybody point me too a good lawyer?

Your new agents are horrible. Marking items as delivered but not, not coming to leave packages at front door because it’s inconvenient. Do you realize people have medications and time sensitive items?This should be taken more seriously as this is a US government department.

This is something that needs to be taken to the state representative . This is a government funded facility. We have only recently started having this problem as we were supposed to get a package last Monday ( when it started snowing, of course, ) so we got the message that it was being held at the post office so of course I called to see if we could come Pick it up ( need to fix a truck) and was also told no they had no workers and to many packages to go through. Yesterday, we checked the mail and nothing again, and 10 minutes later, the mail ran, and I got a notification my package was delivered in mailbox ( the mail truck even stopped), went back to the box, and it was empty .Today, there is still no package . We also have cameras and no delivery has been made around our house . People spend too much money on things to just be discarded ,lost money lost package.

I have to put a star or i cant do this review.You are below 0 with me. Where is my damn mail. Got birthday presents that have not shown. Been over a week since I have seen a piece of mail. I will be calling the Attorney General tmrw. We in Strawberry Plains have had enough the rude & incompetency of this post office. I have made a complaint with the USPS. Went over your heads. And will call the Attorney General of TN tmrw.

Can't really say it's the post office, mainly the carriers. I know some days I don't get my mail until the next day or the next according to inform delivery but the worst thing about it is when I do get mail or if they do show up I get it the earliest by 4pm and have gotten it as late as 9pm, I call that evening shift wouldn't you? Been waiting on mail and packages now for 5 days!They sure don't go by the old motto:"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds" LOL

The worst of worst when it comes to service. Have had packages “out for delivery” for a week. Went to pick up them at the office because they refuse to deliver and the excuse I got from the rude lady who deserves to be described by a few choice words is “we don’t have the staff to sort all the packages”

Good luck getting mail delivered. It's January 2024 and yes it has snowed. I understand no delivery, to a point. We drove to this Post Office and asked about our mail that hadn't been delivered in a week. They said it was on the truck and out for delivery. That was two days ago. Still no delivery. Apparently, the driver drives around all day with a loaded truck and doesn't deliver mail. Then goes home after a long arduous day of not doing their job. It's not just the snow either. They find excuses to not deliver mail. "Delivery attempt made" is the verbiage of choice. If the package is large or they find themselves not feeling like getting out of the vehicle to deliver to the front porch they leave a note that the attempt was made. My security cameras say otherwise. The icing on the cake is, the tracking will show delivery attempt made at around 9:00AM. Our mail ' Person' doesn't normally deliver until around 1:00PM - 2:00PM (In the rare instance mail is actually delivered). They must drive a time machine.

I don't have issues with deliveries, per se, like others have mentioned. My biggest problem with this location is actually mailing things off. Regardless of whether I put it in my personal mailbox at home or in the drop off slot inside the post office, it generally takes at least we week to get anywhere (even in places where it's always typically been two business days in the past). The longest it took an item to be delivered was almost four weeks! Also, why do they all drive Jeeps, if they're not going to deliver when the weather is bad?

Awful experience told I would get a call whenever the truck got there that day. Post master said he’d be there till 5 never Received a call. Watches last truck pull in at 4:30. No medicine for me guess I’ll die.

They take the phone off the hook so you can't call. Drove there yesterday because informed delivery said package is being held at customer request...I never requested it. Was told my package was out for delivery but they never came. These are birthday gifts..my question is with this many bad reviews how do they stay employed?

When the postal service says they left a package INSIDE THE MAIL BOX... IT IS A TOTAL LIE. For the last week they have left my packages on TOP OF THE MAIL BOX, BALANCED, NOT IN IT. GREAT TIME OF YEAR TO JUST LEAVE IT INSTEAD OF BRINGING IT UP THE DRIVEWAY...
