Took my car to get alignment checked they told me it was good nothing wrong car kept having same issue so took it somewhere else and my alignment was way out . That is costing me 4 new tires I just had put on less than 6 months ago. So having to put new ones on. So beware

The rental department is a scam if anything happens they take you to court because they don't provide insurance. When you ask for the parts that supposedly got changed that you have to pay for they refuse to give them to you. To me that is a scam they are just out there ripping people off .they will never get a dime of my money and word of mouth will go along way to make sure they loose business

DO NOT rent from them. I had a incident last Wednesday with them. I rented a ditch witch w/trailer. A worker from the rental department met me in the parking lot and hooked up the lights, safety chains and hitch ball. He showed me how to use the machine and said okay you're all set have a good one. Drive two miles down the road and the trailer popped off the ball. After looking at why, the trailer wasn't connected right and the safety pin wasn't in. I called them and told them what happened and they said it's my responsibility to hook it up and they only help. Which I understand. I tow all the time. I figured I would trust a professional from the rental department that he would do it correctly. I'm still deciding on how I want to proceed with this.

These guys did a four-wheel alignment on my 1998 BMW. A whole lot of shops didn't want to mess with it. They did a great job on a rare car. Can't recommend them higher.
