One of a kind shopping place anytime I am in the area I go to as many Factory Connections I can.We don’t have them in nC.They are all little different which makes it fun to shop.And their prices are very reasonable.

Really enjoyed shopping at this store they actually had my style and kind of clothes I would wear. It's really nice to have found a store that I can go to there for my jeans for my shirts for pretty much anything to wear besides having to go from one store to another trying to find some jeans I like or want to wear or would wear really really enjoyed this store I will be back and I drove all the way from Roane County...

Been there a few times and the last time, the woman went out of her way to help my daughter and I pick out an outfit we both liked. It was like having a personal shopper. Everything in that store, for the quality, was affordable and they have so many different styles to choose from. Haven't liked a lot of the big store styles, with this place every turn, some outfit caught my eyes.Even with my stand offish, reserved behavior, it didn't stop her from helping us out. Been through hell in TN, but this place is another safe place.

The workers were very nice but was sold a pair of two different sizes boots. One boot a size six and one a size 8! I will always triple check from now on!
