This is about Walmart ONLINE orders/pickup from Sweetwater. This has nothing to do with the Sweetwater location, but rather Walmart Corp. and its computer programs. Online order split my order between pickup and shipping, but did not tell me! First order under $ 30 did not charge me a service charge for being under $35 dollars. The other two items that have to be shipped went back into my basket, that I did not see till later in the day. So they were never ordered!!! And they then charged me 5.99 for being under 35.00. When I called Walmart Online customer service she had to check twice with her manager to straighten this out. She also said "Sometimes Walmart charges the service charge and sometimes it does not. WHAT???!!! I said, that's not my problem it's Walmart Corp. How am I supposed to know when it does and doesn't ? No answer to that....however she said No worries she would take care of it and she was sorry for the inconvience, reading her script. I said I don't care if your sorry because this would never happen if Walmart could make up its mind on splitting orders without my knowledge or charging extra fees. IM OVER corporations saying they are sorry but never changing their policy. I cancelled my orders (both pick up and delivery) and am going across the street to Ingles tomorrow.Grace

It's maybe the worst Walmart I've ever been in (which is saying a lot!). They never have carts. They never have staff. It's dirty and half the self-checkout registers (which is almost all the registers now) are always broken. The only bright spot is the pharmacy which is like a completely separate experience. The people are super nice and helpful and I won't go anywhere else.

Sitting in the online pickup area now for almost 2 hours. My order still isn't ready. It's 7:45 I got here at 6:06. Order time was to be 6-7pm. I had to call upper management to get an answer on when my order would be ready. I have Covid and I just want to go home. But I'm still waiting. I could have gotten my entire order picked and ready in less than thirty minutes. What takes them so long? I placed my order before 2pm! It should be done! I follow the rules and go with no contact and I could have been done and back at home thirty minutes ago!

Terrible customer service for a Tuesday night and dead store. Not impressed with the LACK of customer service and the fact they treated me a customer like crap and had no intentions of helping me. 9:27pm Tuesday night hey Manager get your act together and train your employees better! You've lost my business!!!

Walmart's customer service is not the best. The pharmacy is slow, it seems the pharmacy does not have enough people to work, making me have to wait longer for medication. I would end up going to another store if I can avoid it.

If you want something delivered to this store, don't do it! I ordered something that could only be shipped to the store, but it didn't arrive the day it was supposed to. I called about it, and they didn't have any info on the order, but said to check back 4 days later. The associate was extremely rude and actually hung on me. I called and left a message with her manager, who never returned my call. I went to Walmart.com and reported it, but still no response. End of my Walmart shopping days.

This is the third time I have bought produce that needed to be thrown away. I will be keeping my receipts from now on and will NOT buy produce from this store. First it was peaches - bought them once and they were very good, twice after they were not. Just bought a watermelon yesterday - mussy mess.

I hate Walmart's in general but I have to say this one is the worse EVER and I travel all over the country. The Sunday after Thanksgiving they have one cashier!!! ONE!!!! We we're told to do the self scan well why should I do the work when I am the Customer???? Also do they even stop to think about the elderly and handicap??? Many times they cannot do their own self Scan and cannot stand in line that long in a line for that one cashier that wraps around the store. And Linda who apparently managed to become a "manager" is useless and a huge B%t@h. She definitely is NOT management material. Avoid this store don't let them Get away with screwing the customer drive further to go to another store.

Very clean, well stocked. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Very well mannered, even if they were busy. One of my best Walmart experiences
