Their prices are reasonable and the work is carried out in a timely fashion. Even when they look covered up with work, it's never very long before they have our car on the lift and back out the door, thanks to a large staff and numerous bays to accommodate high customer demand.
If you choose to stay on site while the work is completed on your vehicle, the waiting area is very well suited to make your wait as pleasant as possible. There are large televisions, usually showing whatever local or popular sporting event is airing at the time, as well as a sizeable and varied selection of magazines to flip through.
One of the brightest highlights of the shop would be the employees. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and they carry our their duties with a smile and an eagerness to help.
Another thing that sets them apart from the competition is how they do a tremendous job keeping you informed about other problems with your vehicle as well as any issues that could potentially lead to trouble in the future. All of this, with zero pressure to spend any additional money outside of the cost of the service you are currently receiving. I don't think I've ever been to another shop that didn't try to force an upsell on you, even if it wasnt needed.
