I get over stimulated every time I enter this store. The male cashier will leave his motion detector up which sends a loud notification out every 20 seconds or so to terrorize his manager because apparently she terrorizes him. This man is in his 40s…. They play petty games among the staff that irritates customers and then he wants to gossip and chat forever as you ring up. Some days I don’t mind him, other days I want to tell him to please stop talking. I have cut my time short shopping in this store several times because of the constant door bell going off meant to annoy management but instead annoys customers. The pharmacy is rude and has no tact. One of the guys there loudly said a controlled substance I am prescribed out loud while a line of people stood behind me as if I didn’t know the name of the medication I’ve taken for over 14 years. Bathrooms are always disgusting. This store is in decay. At least when Dixie and Taletha ran it, it was clean (I worked there as a teenager. I am now 34).

I have been going to this Walgreens for years and never had anybody being rude until today (2/11/2024 around 10:30 in the morning, if this matters at all) . I was ready to check out and I was waiting for the cashier to come to the register and when she came she was so mad I told her I was doing two separate transactions and she gave me an evil look, she probably was working on something else and was mad that she had to stop what she was doing, I honestly tried my best to not say anything to her but it really made me mad I wish they had self check out so we don’t have to deal with that kind of attitude.

Pharmacy is very rude and non helpful, had a prescription sent there they said they were out of stock to basically go find it at another Walgreens. When I live local and have Covid and strep I’m not going to Athens or Loudon to hope they have it in stock. Gave me a hard time sending it to Walmart as well. Both ladies were very rude.

I went to Walgreens today to pick up medication. They told me that the Dr. should have called first because they didn’t have it. He told me I would have to call around and get it. He wouldn’t even finish his sentences because he was so worried about closing the window because it was lunchtime. I understand they work hard but I have Covid. I don’t feel like calling everywhere so I had to call friends to help me When I called Walmart in Sweetwater they found it at another Walgreens in Athens why couldn’t he have found this? This could have been done in just a few minutes. But he wouldn’t take the time because he was more interested in lunch. I hope he never works if that window again and if he continues, I will quit coming.

The pharmacy use to be friendly now its not they are short and rude with customers they rudely hang up when I'm still talking to them and arent looking for the right person on the phone they are talking to

I have had my meds filled through this Walgreens for years!!! Today my doctor called in my medication and Walgreens pharmacy said they won't fill my meds, that I have to have them moved to Madisonville. I was given no reason why!

I wish I could give them less than one star.Every month the jerk us and give us the run around getting my sons meds filled.Today takes the cake after telling me they could not fill his meds on Thursday and him going to the dr for a refill when he already have refills on his profile. They said that they needed ins to approve it and it being a Sunday he would have to wait again. So I did get frustrated and I rate on the phone with them and they call my wife to tell her they would fill it but it would be generic witch is no problem. I went to pick it up and they charged me the med cost of the meds with out ins and with ins-around 400$ with only a receipt for the 7 dollar charge given to me. Save yourself a headache and a half and never do business with them.They say one thing and do another

This Pharmacy service is terrible. They do not care on who gets there first in line to to pickup prescriptions. Their drive through is terrible on following who has been waiting the longest. I have moved all my prescriptions to another local pharmacy over it. Your lost all my business.

Try and get an associate to address you. They spend time avoiding eye contact. It's like Walmart customer service only smaller
