“If you need any body work or painting done on your vehicle this is the shop to go to! I have a 2015 SS Camaro that is metallic ice. When another drive hit it I was told it would never look the same because that type of silver is nearly impossible to paint and get to match. Brad did an amazing job and made my car look like new again. He’s honest and gets the work done when he says he will. Since that time we’ve had work done to three other cars with zero complaints!”
“Overall good experience. Do not expect for them to negotiate. Our sales gal Vicky told us flat out they would not come down on the price. Just know this going in. She was helpful when she noticed we were torn between two. One was better built than the other. The other seemed more spacious but did not have as good of quality. We were thankful for her honesty. We went with the one built to last longer. Richy the RV tech did an amazing job with the two hour tour. We were new to this and he really explained a ton to us! Even walked us through things to have on hand. They should really give him a raise! We had an issue with a part and the owner was quick to have us back and make it right, no questions asked. They seem to really take pride in what they do. We are satisfied with our purchase and the service offered by the dealership.”
“I need to tell you a story that needs to be told.
I am disabled. I live alone and have lived in Ardmore for 21 years.
My car would not start. I called AutoZone to ask for advice. The manager, Ben, was so wonderful. He wanted to help me. So, after he got off work, he came to my house and checked out my car to try to figure out what was wrong. He checked a lot of things. Discovered one problem but ultimately couldn't find the cause of why it would not start.
I knew I was going to have to have it towed to my mechanic. I mentioned that I needed to go to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Ben offered to take me there. I was shocked. A perfect stranger doing all of this for me without expecting anything from me.
He took me to the store and brought me back home. Now, I call that going above and beyond the call of duty! The young man is 29 years old. Most people his age are not that kind, helpful and giving....if fact, most people of ANY age aren't.
I needed to tell you about Ben. I didn't catch his last name. I wished I would have. But, Ben is the manager of the Ardmore TN location. He needs to be recognized!
