Extremely poor package delivery. Threw my package on the ground by my Jeep. Broken contents that I have to return because driver was too lazy to do their job right. Crams stuff in the mailbox so that it's damaged. Should try McDonald's, but probably couldn't do that job either. How many bad reviews have to happen before something is done?

Workers inside facility are helpful and kind. Postman leaves a lot to be desired. Last 2 deliveries at home were horrible. Just today he could not leave pkg because of rain. Its been raining since yesterday and they could not put in plastic bag and put on covered front porch? Previous pkg was shoved into my mailbox so hard I had to PUNCH it out from other side. Lucky my mailbox has a door on both ends. Not raining that day. Postman just lazy. Will be paying post office a visit as soon as they are open on Monday. Both pkg were from Amazon. Had a discussion with Amazon and placed a complaint there as well.

I shipped something off putting my full trust in USPS. Will never make that mistake again. I shipped a lens off. They lost my lens and I had to send the buyers money back. I can’t get in touch with anyone for an update. Will never make this mistake again… so that’s it? I lost my lens and my money…

Had a PO Box there for many years. Excellent service. Employees are very friendly and helpful when you go in to do business. Now that I receive my mail at home, it's pretty close to the same time every day.EDITED 3/30/21For the 2nd time now a package has been delivered to my home mailbox by my mail carrier, and instead of them taking the time to put it on my porch they hung out on my mailbox. I'm super frustrated and aggravated about this!! Why in the world would you do that? It's bad enough in today's society worrying about packages being stolen off our own porches while we're not home, but to leave it hanging on the mailbox where it's easy to grab for anyone driving by. This most recent package contained over $100 worth of scrubs, and the package before that contained jeans and jewelry. Please do your job, and quit making it so easy for thieves to do theirs!!! Unless you want to be responsible for replacing my items. Not to mention they continually leave my mailbox open. I understand you're busy. I understand you're short staffed. But it's still your job, so do it with pride and responsibility please! If you came to the Dr's office I work in, you would expect me to take my time and make sure you're taken care of. I expect the same. I ask for no more, no less.

My wife ordered offline and the package came to us by the Talbott post office it was to large for our mailbox so when we get home we find it on our porch in the rain with the rest of the mail under the box and everything is soaked
