Station refuses to give receipts for fuel purchase when I informed them that by state law they have to provide a receipt for the purchase her response was “by law The machines are not gonna give you a receipt”
I have to provide a receipt to my fuel card company for the purchase. She stated that it wasn’t their fault that it’s BP‘s fault, I told her no it’s not BP‘s fault, It is pure laziness for not keeping the machines in working order that I have to come in for a receipt everytime. Congratulations you just lost $1800 a week in fuel purchases from me. And I will be contacting the state of Tennessee and providing them with the video recording of this experience.
If you don’t want to keep your station in working order and provide a proper business experience to your customers close your store down and let somebody that wants to run a legitimate Business will gladly take your place.

This place had the sweetest staff! Our family is still muttering mmmm's over these delicious biscuits. Nice clean restrooms as well as a over all family-friendly vibe.

Friendly staff and good food. I like coming here, I just wish they didn't rob you with the pricing. The fuel, the food, anything you buy from the store... That will all cost you significantly more than it would just about anywhere else besides an airport or an amusement park. That's a shame because it's otherwise a great place to stop.

Springdale BP always has great breakfast & lunches made to order exactly the way you like it! Those morning sisters kill it at breakfast time! Cooking and having ready everything from breakfasts biscuits to the gravy from the time they get there till they leave,they work hard keeping it fresh and the line of people in and out fast! It's one of our must-go-to's for breakfast you have to try!
