“I Drove Up the Mountain Then into a Valley. Finally Got There. It Was a Tuesday. Sign Said "Closed on Tuesdays." My Wife and I Laughed So Hard Our Sides Were Hurting. Can't Wait To Go Back on a Wednesday. I Know This Place Has To Be Great.”
“I went to Martin’s to get a quote on a PDR and see how soon they could get me in. Tony told me upfront how much a PDR would be for the area, and also told me it could either come out perfect, or not come out good at all. I dropped my car off the following Monday, he called that afternoon and told me the PDR wasn’t going good and would have to do more work (which I was completely fine with because he had already told me a price and I knew the risk considering where it was located) the very next day, my car was done and it was PERFECT! You can’t even tell it ever had a dent in it. And on top of that, they shined it up real nice for it! Martins will always have my business!”

“Manager is ALWAYS very professional and helpful when visiting and purchasing NAPA products from this store. If not readily available at the store, he always offers to locate and bring in products from other stores, and that is always done in a very timely manner. Great customer service.”
