Don't place an order online, they don't make it until you get there, even though you paid already online. When you get there, they tell you they had too many customers and not enough staff to fill the order.I said, "You should have made my order that was placed 30 minutes ago, before the customer who just came in front of me, that's only fair."They said, "Our boss tells us to take care of the people in front of us first, even if there's older online orders." I said that's not fair, they shrugged.I don't blame the kids behind the bar making the sandwiches, I blame bad training and poor management and owners that just don't care. I'm not the only one to make this complaint, read the reviews.

Ordered from DoorDash and waited an hour and a half until my wife (due exactly a week from the day we ordered) got too hungry and went to get it myself. They made the sandwich fresh for us because of how long it had to sit out and were absolutely amazing. The order not getting delivered was the fault of DoorDash, NOT the Subway. I appreciate them so much for everything they did for us, and will be eating here much more in the future.

They have been under-staffed every time I've been here, which makes service slow. They also were out of several chips last time. I won't be back until they bother to hire enough employees.Parking: Plenty of spots directly in front of the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small wheelchair ramp up to the sidewalk from the parking lot.Dietary restrictions: SubWay is fairly transparent about their nutrition info online. Being able to build your own meal helps greatly with dietary restrictions. Their menu offers gluten-free options.

Slow service and gross bathrooms. The only Toilet paper roll was sitting on the handicap hand rail. Not on the dispenser. No paper towels to dry hands. Inside of toilet bowl and inner seat had p*** splatters and stains all on it. Super gross! This was during a Saturday at lunch time. Come on folks. Poor ladies seemed over worked. But that bathroom condition didn't happen in the 2 hours that they had been open.

I waited over ten minutes and then got turned away because it was 5 minutes before they close!! Plus their was four other people waiting in line too. WHAT A SHAME!!

Just no. First off they had no pizza boxes and I had ordered a few on the app. I walked in a few minutes before the app said ready, didn't see it on the express pickup tray. Which was no problem, I was there before the ready time. I waited till about 20 minutes after the ready time in the line and I got to the guy making the subs. I asked about my online order and he said he just hadn't gotten to calling me yet. Up until this point I was not aware that there were no pizza boxes, the call he didn't get too was supposed to tell me. He told I could get a refund. A few days passed and nothing, so I called the subway to find out i was supposed to call corporate to get a refund. Which I did and to my suprise they said the restaurant was supposed to get refunds, they didn't have the technology to do so. I called them back relaying the information, and they said to call their manager, they gave me a number and I went to call it. It wasn't in service. It's been a few days with the same result and nothing much I can do about it

Very clean Subway restaurant, super squishy fresh bread, and fresh ingredients all around. Seemed like everyone in town showed up at once but Lana took it in stride, and even took phone orders without batting an eye. She did a great job making the sandwiches and was friendly.

Vary frustrating ordered online they didn’t have ham so they called back to let me know and see if they could make something else but there wasn’t anything I wanted so I asked them if they could refund me they said I would have to do it online but there was no way to do it online so I called back and they gave me a managers number that didn’t work. So I called back again to see if they could just make me something else and they said they would have to get it approved and they would call me back but it’s been three days now I guess I’m just out 12 bucks bo big deal but why can’t subway reply back I’ve contacted them and they won’t do anything ether kinda lost a lot of respect for that company all over 12 buck o well.

Typical Subway questionable food. The meats look so artificial I'd be hard pressed to call it food.
