“We are so happy that we trusted our kids in the care of the fantastic teachers at TLE! They get a wonderful education and I couldn’t be happier with knowing they’re safe and secure, and to be able to keep track of them and get pictures and updates throughout the day. We especially love Ms. Gigi and Ms. Ilena and Ms. Luz and the patience and love they have for our kids! We would recommend the facility to any parent looking for childcare!”
“Both of our children attended this daycare—one in the infant room and the other in pre-K—and we had a good experience overall. The staff genuinely care about the children and take the time to form meaningful bonds. Our baby especially formed a strong connection with their primary caregiver, Ms. Sharon, in the infant room, which gave us real peace of mind. It was clear the teachers knew our children well and responded with warmth and attentiveness. The director, Kirtrell, was absolutely amazing and one of the main reasons we chose this center for our children. We recently moved on due to our older child starting Kindergarten and needing something closer to home, but we’re thankful for the care and relationships our kids experienced during their time here.”
“Highly recommend Spring Hill day school! Both my son and daughter attended. My son attended pre-k and was very ready for kinder. My daughter has been there for 4 years and is about to graduate and is also so ready for elementary. They have the absolute best teachers who make school so special and fun but also educational and their employee retention is very high. We will miss it when we leave ♥”
“I’m a staff member and parent of Cadence Academy for about 2 years now. We love the director and staff so much. High quality care and a family feel environment.”
“We have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose for our son’s Kindergarten year. The classroom is always bright and inviting, with colorful, engaging bulletin boards that are updated regularly and reflect the kids’ learning and creativity.
One thing we really appreciate is the relaxed learning environment. It strikes a great balance—encouraging academic growth while still allowing kids to be kids, explore, and enjoy their day.
It’s also incredibly convenient that all supplies and meals are included in the tuition, which makes daily routines so much easier for our family.
Most importantly, the staff is consistently friendly, caring, and welcoming. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy working with the children and create a positive atmosphere every day.
We’re very grateful to be part of the Primrose community!”
“I don’t know how to adequately describe this place to someone who has never been!
Your children will be treated by therapists who will treat your child like their own. The smiles on these therapists faces after seeing your child learning and grow our fantastic.
Volunteer here. Donate here. See the impact these people have on the next generation.!!”
“My daughter went here for two years. We love Step Forward! It’s a small mom and pop feel with amazing teachers and staff. They communicate well and make you feel like family. Highly recommend this Day School!”
“Great communication and warm environment; pleased with how they’ve helped out little one develop. Fun events outside of the normal daycare stuff (Halloween was great, so much fun).”
“My son loves Kiddie Academy. His teacher, Ms.Piper is great, she has a smaller class size and my son has been thriving academically this year so far! We also love the management team, my son often comes home excited to share that he got to go to the office to hang out with Ms. Ashley and how he got to color and she even shared her snacks with him! He truly feels loved here and we love that!”
“In short, we could not have asked for a better preschool experience for our daughter. She attended two years at SHAP and I couldn’t come up with a single complaint if I tried.
I believe that fostering a love of learning at an early age is more important than the actual curriculum itself, and SHAP succeeded at both in ways well above our expectations. The teaching is rigorous, but fun, and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She was frequently excited to get ready and go in the morning, and also excited to tell us about what she learned when we’d pick her up each day. She’d often sing songs for us that she learned at school, and she met the majority of her closest friends there.
One day, while we were getting her ready for bed, she randomly decided to recite the 23rd Psalm for us. Our jaws hit the floor - we had no idea she was even learning this, and she nailed it, word for word. Similar stories happened on a very regular basis.
We could not have been happier with the staff, as well. All the teachers quickly learned our daughter’s name and would be quick to greet her and engage with her the moment we walked in the front door each day. Even the assistants knew her and were extremely friendly and welcoming.
At one point, the kids were accidentally shown a cartoon that had some not-so-Christian depictions of family structure (the episode they watched was not problematic, but the show did have other episodes that were). I brought it up to admin and they thanked me for the information and pulled that cartoon from rotation. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation.
From an administration standpoint, we never once had any problems with extra charges, hidden fees, etc. Everything was transparent and we knew exactly what to expect every week. We felt that tuition was very fair, especially considering the high quality of education provided.
Our daughter is now entering Kindergarten, and had one of the highest initial placement scores of the entire grade. I believe this is in no small part due to the outstanding education she received while at SHAP.
If I could give SHAP 6 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I could write pages about all the positive aspects of this preschool, but for the sake of brevity, I’ll leave it at this - we believe the education and experience a child receives during his/her most formative years are more important than almost anything else, and in this regard, we don’t believe we could have chosen a better preschool for our daughter.”
“As a first-time mom myself, i feel like you will always worry about whether your child is being cared for when they are away from you. This center, especially the director Kim and assistant director Amy, goes above and beyond to make families feel comfortable, supported, and at home. They are always willing to help problem-solve or simply talk things through when needed.
In the infant rooms, Miss Kitty and Odessa are my child’s absolute favorite caregivers. She is always so excited to see and interact with them every morning. Both Infant 1 and Infant 2 (Miss Valerie) classrooms have caregivers who truly care about the children and take the time to listen to parents and meet each child’s individual needs. Even just simply talking with caregiver Nancy, you can immediately see her passion and how much love and effort she puts into giving these kids the very best care possible.
Every day when I walk in, I am greeted by any of the staff members I pass, and many take the time to have genuine conversations with me. That welcoming environment makes such a difference and truly shows how much this center values both the children and their families.”
“We absolutely love Primrose in Cool Springs. From the very first day, the staff made our son feel comfortable and happy, and that sense of warmth has never wavered.
The curriculum structure is thoughtful and well-designed, and the classrooms are set up perfectly for each age group. You can tell that real care went into creating spaces where kids can learn, play, and grow at every stage.
But above everything else, it's the people that make Primrose truly special. The teachers and staff have built an environment where our son thrives, and where we as parents feel genuinely good about where he's spending so much of his time.
We couldn't recommend Primrose more highly. It's been the best decision for our family.”
“Academy of Westhaven is one of the best daycares in Franklin, TN. My daughter absolutely loves the staff, and that says everything. Everyone is incredibly caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children. We feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for her.”
“Our son is enrolled at The Academy of Forrest Crossing and we couldn't be happier! We knew AOFC was the right place for our family as soon as we finished our initial tour with the school's Director, Alex. There is a palpable sense of community and kindness the second you walk through the door. You can tell the teachers and staff are valued, and support one another, and that they genuinely love nurturing and educating young children. We are thrilled to be part of this community and love knowing our son is socializing and playing in such a happy, safe and loving environment. We can't recommend AOFC enough!”
“My husband and I looked at several private schools in the Spring Hill area before touring Spring Hill Christian Academy. After our meeting with the Headmaster, I knew it was the perfect christian school for our daughter. All of the teachers are so kind and dedicated to teaching academics and godly values. It has been wonderful to see her thrive over the last 2 years. Her brothers can’t wait to start Kindergarten in the fall. Every time we drop her off they ask how many days until they get to start. Highly recommend!”
“Spring Hollow is an amazing preschool!! My children have absolutely loved it here and have grown so much! The teachers deeply care about the children and the school.”
“We have loved our time at Discovery Lane. The staff all know all the kids, not just the ones in their classroom, and the sense of community there is great. The educational curriculum is good prep for kindergarten. I also love that they utilize a drive through line for drop off and pick up so you don’t have to park and walk in twice a day. You can tell all the teachers genuinely love what they do. Wendy does a great job running this school and I only have positive things to say!”
“I highly recommend Christ Our Savior Academy. The staff are well-educated, enthusiastic, dedicated, kind and patient. The number of different learning activities and the depth of preparation that the staff puts into the school day is amazing. The classrooms are bright, clean, and well stocked with educational materials and toys. Christ Our Savior Academy is a wonderful, Christian environment for preschoolers.”
“Our daughter has been at Primrose through three different levels, and I could not be more pleased with the level of care and engagement they provide. The staff and other parents truly value the sense of community Primrose creates. Thank you!”
“We love this school for our daughter! The staff is caring and my daughter loves them all. She has learned so much and says and does things all the time that I’m surprised she knew and had to have learned there.”
“We have had such an incredible experience with this daycare over the past five years. My son has been here since he was a newborn and is now about to graduate after completing their kindergarten bootcamp program. It’s bittersweet to be leaving a place that has meant so much to our family.
Our daughter also attended here and completed the same kindergarten bootcamp two years ago, and we truly saw how well it prepared her for kindergarten. That program alone gave us so much confidence in the level of care and education they provide.
What stands out the most is the genuine love and care from the teachers. It’s evident every single day that they truly care about the children. The directors have also always been attentive, responsive, and willing to listen to any concerns we’ve had—and more importantly, they take action.
We are so grateful for the role this school has played in our children’s early years and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, supportive, and well-run daycare.”
