I came to Tractor Supply at 9:45 AM to fill three large propane tanks. I’m an older man and needed help lifting them. I asked the woman working if she could assist me, and she flat-out refused. No effort to help!

Customer service is unmatched. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Gabby is an awesome representative of TSC and helped me with dog food choices, fencing need questions and so much more. She sold me on becoming a TSC customer and staying one. GURA, she did it perfect and with heart. The Thomson Station location would not be the same without her. She needs to have her own store.

My husband and I called this store as we were driving to ask if they had a trailer available for rent today. We were told it was there, however they could not hold or make a reservation as it is first come first served (which we knew as we have rented it from them in the past) We got there 4 minutes later and were told that it had been rented and the customer was on their way to pick up and they had let her pay and reserve over the phone. Super frustrating and horrible customer service. Beware of misinformation from their employees.

I had the worst experience at this location. The vaccination vet Happy was wonderful but the three women he had working with him doing the vaccinations were awful. I usually don’t like to post bad reviews or reviews in general but the way they treated my dog was terrible. They put him in a chokehold covered his back end and head with a towel. He has never bitten anyone especially at the vet. I took him to the vets to check if he had torn his acl, two women were able to wrestle him down and pull his leg in every direction and he NEVER snapped or growled at them. They also had the owner of the practice who is 6’4 check and he didn’t bite either. The women at tractor supply her nervous from the start and made he uneasy knowing how unequipped they were. They tried to direct me to comfort my dog and would tell me to do the complete opposite. I should have to do their job as a paying customer. Please educate your vet staff -minus happy(:

Excellent customer service by Gabby, who went above and beyond for Delaney and showing her a baby duck. Melinda, cashier, was also such a pleasure. The store is always so clean. Love shopping there!
