Visited this location today and was dressed down by the postal clerk because she didn’t like the way I had labeled the package. Unnecessary and very rude.

The postmaster himself treated me so terribly today when I dropped off some packages… all because I asked for a receipt! He said they don’t give receipts for this type of dropoff, but I literally did this exact same thing yesterday at another post office, and they gave me a receipt. When I asked for clarification, he completely lost it. Incredibly rude and condescending. I’ve been coming to this post office for nearly a because, but I will never return.

I’ve had issues from this PO in the past. So many in fact, that i would drive to Post Offices 30 mins away just to avoid it. It has gotten better the last year or so, but today may just be the nail in the coffin for me to avoid this dump forever.I ship quite a bit. Try my best to use my own labels, but occasionally i run out. So, as instructed by other PO workers - including those who work at this location, i use Priority Labels but cut off all USPS identifiers. Never had an issue until today. Lady at the counter was adamant to charge me priority shipping because she claimed to be able to tell it was one of theirs.Extremely frustrating and highly inconvenient. If you want to have this policy of charging folks for using cannibalized labels, so be it. But be consistent.

Wacky hours and the worst customer service. If you see a black haired woman at the desk, turn around, because you'll be mocked, criticized, and annoyed by the end of your ordeal at the post office.

Very helpful. Was able to resolve my eBay return despite not being able to utilize the QR scanner; total manual input. Please send the Williamsport crew here for technical and customer service training.

Leaving packages, that do not fit in the mailbox, on the ground at the road is unacceptable and seemingly against USPS policy. This is happening repeatedly. Getting tired of worrying that a package will be stolen or damaged.

Mail delivery to our mailbox (which is across the street) is delivered LATE every night and getting later. Last night I risk my life crossing a VERY DARK BUSY country road at 6:14 pm and still NO MAIL. It was not a holiday So I now have to go up in am and get my mail and pray nobody stole it!!!!! That’s been done before too. WHY LATE DELIVERIES TO MAILBOXES????????

These people don’t think it matters how irresponsibly they deliver mail (that almost guarantees it being either stolen or ruined). In my conversations, the manager I spoke with told me they don’t get paid enough to do that (their job) and it’s ok to leave packages teetering on top of a mailbox left wide open to prying eyes and the elements. If you are moving to the area I would move to a TN location that isn’t served by these particular ppl. If you are already here, I would never trust them with mail medication delivery check delivery or anything minutely important. I would request it be sent by FedEx or UPS. Also, report any of their mail abuse to the USPS post master general or the USPS site.Additionally, they refuse to accommodate the bigger population. Single family residences still have to cross a busy, hilly, country road with little view distance. It’s dangerous and someone is going to get hurt. There are many roads like this. The same person told me if I get hit that’s my fault and told me it’s very unlikely they would change the route to mailbox side regardless of the population. I think USPS needs to be phased out if that’s their goal - to reduce their service #by hoping patrons get hit crossing the road to check mail on dangerous roads.

I have a PO Box here and I have mail that was sent to me two weeks ago that’s not been delivered. I filed a complaint with the inspector general! Fire the post master at this location.

I love this location. It's really convenient to my home and the clerk that's been there every time I go is so sweet. I have heard her on the phone on more than one occasion dealing very professionally with an upset customer. You couldn't pay me enough to work at the post office. People are just jerks. In my experience, you generally receive the customer service that your own attitude warrants. Just my two cents. :-)If you need more services or longer hours, there is a bigger PO down Main Street close to Target. For me, the smaller location is a totally fair trade-off for not getting stuck in Main Street traffic for 30 minutes.Tip: You can pay for postage and print yourself at the USPS website, then just drop off your package at the PO. The days of waiting in line to pay for postage are long gone, you can do most things yourself.
