108 Old Mountain Road, Thorn Hill TN 37881
“Having a PO box here for years, I've experienced a tremendous variety in the various postal service employees, some of who stand out for exemplary service. Two of the most notable have been Toby, who transferred out to Sneedville, and Ben who is probably the most customer service oriented of any over encountered. He's cheerful and helpful to the point that he shines.”

“I only gave 4 stars because of the mail carrier leaving my package 2 houses down from me. I don’t think it was my regular mail carrier though because she had brought a package to my house the week before. That being said whoever left my package at the wrong house is unacceptable.”

“I have had nothing but consistent courteous & helpful service from the desk folk when I go in. They go above and beyond to help when mailing out packages or with unusual postage.”
